Page 63 of A Soul to Touch

It was so fucking weird, and she wanted every part of it.

She’d only seen it from the top, but she knew that it was thick and so long that it’d probably only fit about a third of the way inside her. She didn’t mind that. If she was filled to the brim with as much as she could take, she knew she’d be sighing around it.

He looked a bit... big, though. His girth had been shocking, but she didn’t mind a bit of pain.

Hell, she’d lived in pain. She had a nasty scar marring her entire back and another on her left bicep – evidence of the dangers she’d faced as a Demonslayer. There was also a shallow one on her left thigh.

As she finally sunk her teeth into the pear, the sweet juices of it filled her mouth after a distinct crunch, her eyes bowed in humour.

I didn’t expect the tentacles though. She didn’t really know what she was expecting, but it definitely wasn’tthat.

The backs of them had been a smooth dark purple, while the inside had been much lighter in colour. She’d noticed small thorn-like spikes on the insides that also covered his cock.Despite its oddness, there was a similar phallic shape she’d seen in humans. His shaft may have been purple, but it had a flared head like a man’s – although a little more pointed than normal.

She’d never managed to see the underside of him, so she wondered what his sac looked like.

Hopefully, she’d find out soon enough. Tonight, even.

Once she drank a small amount of water, she pulled her fur coat from the rack stand and went outside.

The storm was, annoyingly, still going. Ignoring the frigid, chilly air, she stepped onto the porch. She immediately looked to where Faunus usually curled up in his more monstrous form to sleep. He wasn’t there.

What she did notice was a massive pile of timber logs on the porch behind the open door. She frowned at them before searching as far as the falling snow would allow her to see.

“Faunus?” When she got no response, nor did he come, she shouted again, “Faunus!”

Nothing.

Mayumi eyed the logs before she walked to the front of them and placed her hands on her hips. Her lips pursed together tightly.

There was a lot there. Too much, if she was being honest. It was stacked in a triangle against the wall to a height that reached all the way to her bottom ribcage. This was more than a few days’ worth.

“Faunus!” Mayumi yelled even louder, turning her head towards the clearing while her eyes remained on the logs.

She wasn’t expecting a response this time; she knew she wasn’t going to get one. As she had expected, all she received was silence.

He left.

It didn’t take much to put it together considering he didn’t come when called and had collected all this for her. He wasensuring she wasn’t cold while he was gone, or at least until the storm was over.

Mayumi took in a large, deep, grappling for calm breath. It came out shaken.

It also didn’t calm her whatsoever.

With the bottom of her bare, freezing foot, she kicked the neatly stacked pile with the heel.

“How dare he fucking leave!”

Her angry, spiteful side wanted to start throwing the logs into the snow, but the logical side told her not to. Instead, she watched them roll and scatter across her porch with her hands curling into tight fists.

Anger boiled in her blood, forcing heat to the surface of her flesh. She knew she’d be flushed red with it.

“How dare he leave without saying goodbye or telling me if he is even coming back,” she growled to herself. “He didn’t even talk to me.”

He just went poof.

Men don’t leave me. I leave them!

Mayumi never put down roots. She always promised sweet nothings while nailing some man, watching him fall asleep after having his balls drained before she quietly picked up her boots and tip-toed her way out of their front door – or through the window if she had to.
