“Shh.” She pulled him to her, sealing her lips over his. Her fingers toyed with his hair and warmth spread through his chest.
“Do you mind if I have a shower?” Maddie asked.
“Only if I can watch this time.”
She laughed and swatted him. “No watching, but you can join me.”
Desire brought sweat to his already damp palms. He grew hard inside of her and she shifted under him.
“Nate, I really need a shower,” she said sternly, but her eyes sparked with laughter.
“All right, I should probably check in with Dylan.” He separated himself from her, and climbed off the table. Of all the kinky things he’d done, he’d never had sex on a table before.
“Your phone is in my purse.” She nodded to the table near the door where she’d left it. “You dropped it before you fell in.”
Maddie got up from the table and made her way to the bathroom. The soft sway of her naked, heart-shaped ass made him want to run after her. He crossed the room and fished his phone from her bag. Three messages lit the screen.
Call me ASAP.
Hello?
Fuck, you don’t have your phone.
Trepidation made his skin tingle. Shit, he should have called Dylan before losing himself in Maddie. Anything could have happened. He hit the Call button and the phone rang in his ear.
If Dylan had been trying to warn him that Carlos was on his way up, they were fucked.
CHAPTER 12
She stepped underthe spray, and warm water doused her skin. Her nipples tingled under the harsh pressure. She lifted the bar of soap and began to wash herself.
She’d slept with Nate.
And it had been more than what she’d ever dreamed it would be. It was as if he’d been inside her head, giving her more when it was what she craved, but slowing down before she crashed too hard.
The bathroom door creaked open and her sudsy hands froze on her shoulders, her arms crossed over her chest. Fog on the glass door in front of her blurred Nate’s naked form. It did nothing to hide the breadth of his chest and thickly hung manhood.
He stopped in front of the door and inched it open. “I’m not missing anything am I?” His warm hazel eyes flashed with amusement. His eyes lowered to her body and his jaw loosened. He stepped in the shower and she backed up to allow him under the spray. Flatfooted, the top of her head barely reached his chin.
“No, sorry to disappoint.”
His teeth flashed at her and he shook his head. “Disappointment is the last thing I feel around you.”
His biceps flexed as he extended his hands to the water. His other hand snaked around her hip and he turned her so her back pressed against his chest. He took the soap from the shelf and rubbed the bar between his hands in front of her chest.
“I should head back to my suite after this. If Carlos decides to return early—”
“Don’t worry, Dylan’s watching him at the bar. He’ll call my phone if he comes upstairs.”
His hands grazed down her arms lazily, and then massaged her palms and fingers. The bubbles tickled her skin and she relaxed against him. His heat scorched her back, and the water warmed her front. She moaned and closed her eyes as his hands moved back up her arms and stopped to massage her neck.
“Ugh, that feels so good,” she moaned.
He chuckled and kneaded her muscles. Her tension released beneath his touch.
“I don’t recall you saying anything like that ten minutes ago.”
A laugh bubbled in her throat. “I wouldn’t have been able to form an intelligible sentence ten minutes ago.”
