“Fuck you poutin’ for, love?” Sanchez smiled, pulling me closer.

“I’m just going to miss y’all.” I admitted. “Thank you for coming to play with us today.”

“Thank you?” He playfully frowned. “Why you thankin’ me for that shit, Kenya?”

I shrugged. “You could have been doing other stuff, but you chose to come spend the rest of the day in a trampoline park.”

“I’m gon’ choose y’all over anything, anytime. Quit actin’ like yo’ spoiled ass don’t know that.”

I giggled, cuddling closer to him. “I love you, and I’m going to miss you.”

“I love yo’ ass more.” He pulled me on top of him. “I’m gon’ need some pussy for the road.”

I smiled. “You need pussy for everything.”

“Facts.” His hands slipped under each of my thighs. “So sit this shit on my face.”

CHAPTER SEVEN

Sanchez.

“Sanchez, you said you were bringing her down for her bath.” Kenya’s voice cut through the silence that filled Nairobi’s room.

Baby girl was fast asleep in my arms while I was seated on her bed rocking her. I’d come to get her up so that her mother could bathe her, get her dressed and ready to go to her grandparents for a few days because Kenya and I both had to leave soon, but she crawled into my lap and curled her little body against mine and a nigga was stuck.

I glanced up at my girl and smiled. “She’s still sleep, bae.”

“Then wake her up.” She chuckled, coming deeper into the room. “You leave in less than two hours. We need to have her dressed and ready when Daddy gets here.”

“I don’t want to go.” I frowned. “Why can’t the three of us just chill and shit until Saturday?”

“Because Sanchez, we’ve both promised our family and friends that we’d go…”

“Youpromised them mothafucka’s, not me,” I cut in. “You know I hate sending her away.”

Nairobi barely went anywhere without Kenya or me, so it was hard as fuck letting her ass go. Even when a nigga was on tourI struggled. I was way too fucking attached. I ain’t even need a bachelor party. I could just go to the mothafuckin’ wedding and be cool.

“She’s going with my parents, baby. She’ll be fine and it’s only for a few days.”

“That’s a long ass time.” I frowned. “I hate that shit.”

“Baby.” Kenya chuckled, taking Nai from me and laying her in her bed before she took a seat in my lap. “We’re not going to be away from her too long, and she’s in great care. You know that.”

“I know.” I smiled, wrapping her in my arms. “You know how obsessed I am with you both though,” I said and kissed her. “Maybe if we have another one…”

“Don’t even, Sanchez.” She laughed. “Another baby will make you worse.”

“Happy,” he corrected then kissed me. “Shit would make me happy as fuck.”

“Can we get married first?”

“Coulda been fuckin’ married.” I mumbled and shook my head.

Kenya and I agreed not to get married right away once we had Nairobi. Shit in our relationship didn’t start the way it did for most people that were as in love as we are, but how the shit happened ain’t matter to me. What mattered is we were here and there was no fuckin’ place I’d rather be in the world other than with her and our daughter.

“I know, but our family deserves to witness and celebrate that day with us, love.”

“You better not be doin’ too much fuckin’ celebratin’,” I playfully warned. “You know I’ll push up and air shit out, G.”
