“I don’t think that’s possible.” I couldn’t believe this little slip of a girl had me so wrapped around herfinger.
“Can I ask a favor first?”
I drew her hand up to my lips and kissed her knuckles. “Yes, of course.”
“I know it’s not a scheduled thing, the whole donning black, but is it something that could perhapsbescheduled?”
“That’s not how it works, love.”
She furrowed her brow, and I knew she was thinking about Alek. It touched my heart. “But why couldn’t it? I worry about you all so much. And it would help to know so I could be ready for Alek, hide from Nik, and give you the space you need to process.” She smiled.
“Hide from Nik, huh?” I loved that she knew us so well already.
“Well, at least until I pass whatever test Marcel has. If you have any tips on how I could get him to green-light me, I’m all ears.”
I couldn’t help but laugh, especially when Marcus chuckled. She was dead serious.
“Are you really asking me for tips on how to manipulate the Counselor?”
“No, that’s not what I asked, and now you’re making fun of me.”
“I’m not. I think it’s cute. You’re fucking adorable when you’re needy.”
“Well, it doesn’t feel cute. It feels awful.”
“Tell me about it,” I said, grabbing her hand and putting it on my cock so she could feel how hard I was. Her eyes grew wide, and she ran her hand up and down the bulge in my sweats.
She’d been dying to touch us. After conferring with the guys, her persistent attempts were comical, though her approach was different for all of us. Alek had taken to lying on his stomach. Nik flat-out spanked her ass, which backfired on her because it only increased her desire. I’d had to tie her hands a time or two.
“Holy mother of god,” she mumbled. I closed my eyes and took deep, even breaths while her hand explored me, then grabbed it to halt her.
“Dostatochno,” I barked.
“Not fair. You’re such a tease.” She leaned in and kissed me, pulling my bottom lip with her teeth and biting it gently.
“Does what we do bother you?” I asked her seriously.
“No, but I worry. If something happened to one of you…”
“We’re careful. Now, are you ready to make me a promise?”
“I am.” She smiled sweetly.
“Promise me you’ll always be honest with me. Tell me if I push you too hard or make you afraid.”
“I promise. I’m not afraid of you guys, not even a little. I told you once that I knew what evil looked like, and I guess I should’ve said I know what evil feels like.”
I wondered at her words, and it was another reminder that there were two years of her life missing.
“What I feel when I’m with you, Alek, or Nik isn’t evil. I’m aware how I feel is wrong, like to the world, it’s wrong. But I can’t seem to stop myself.”
I put my arm around her, pulling her body close to mine. We sat in silence all the way to the gym. When we arrived, I introduced her to the staff, and she smiled at everyone. I had packed her an extra bag of clothes, and I showed her to my office.
“You can shower in here if you like,” I said as she nodded. She seemed a bit overwhelmed.
I led her to the surprise. I had a barre installed in one of the smaller rooms where the girls from the club came to practice. It already had full-length mirrors, so now, when she came with me, she would have her very own dance studio.
“For you to practice your workouts without having to hold on to the wall.” I looked closely at her face, trying to read her.
