“I do,” Javien Jr. groaned. “My baby boy is a little under one.”

“What’s his mama’s name?” Xoey stood and approached us. “That’s all I need to know. Give me a name, I’ll do my research, and then once I’m satisfied, I’ll come back and kill you.”

“I ain’t telling you shit,” Javien Jr. said, shaking his head. “Shit, she don’t even know she is my baby mama.”

“What do you mean?” I questioned him, confused as fuck. How did his baby mama not know she had his child?

“It was a wild night,” Javien Jr. chuckled and shook his head. “She was celebrating.” He lifted his head and smiled at us like he had the best news in the world. “She sucked, fucked, and enjoyed the shit out of a nigga.”

“Nigga, what?” I reared back, confused as fuck why he was telling me this shit. “Man, tell me who the fuck your BM is, and stop playing.”

“You know her, Pyrite Stone,” he replied, grilling me like I was a weak nigga. “You seen my jit, held my lil nigga. Shit, I even passed him the ball a few times.”

“I did what?” I laughed. “Nigga, I’m not around nobody kids but my friends and family, and I know you ain’t fucked on any of them.”

“You sure?” he lifted his brow and gave me a lopsided grin. Even hanging here, about to lose his fucking life, Javien was a cocky ass nigga.

“Why the fuck do you think I agreed to sign to your team? Did you think it was because of my Pop? That nigga suggested it, but I wasn’t sold until I saw her.”

I grabbed his jaw and forced him to look at me. “Because of who?”

“My baby mama,” he chuckled. “Think about that shit, Pyrite. I signed with you a year ago, right? Who signed on before me?”

I let go of Javien’s face and stepped back. There was no way he was telling me what I thought he was. I looked over at Xoey, who stood there, face tight and fist balled up. She knew who he was talking about, too. They were friends.

“We had a good weekend,” Javien Jr. laughed, shook his head, and licked his dry lips. “The views from that video hit over three million.”

“You got me fucked up!” Xoey yelled as she pulled a knife from her pocket. “You did that to her? You stole that from her? Made her fear walking out of the house for months? She cried for days when she found out she was pregnant! The shit she went through afterward was so bad that we had to commit her! My friend lost months with her baby because of what you did to her!”

“And I’d do it again!” Javien Jr. bucked against the restraints. “I’d do all that shit again, and it ain’t shit you can do to stop me!”

“I’ll kill you,” Xoey calmly replied. “I’m going to peel your fucking skin off, inch by fucking inch, and you’ll feel it all. I’ll carve my fucking name in your chest so that everyone will know who was responsible.”

“Do it,” Javien chuckled. “My mark’s already been made.” He turned to look at me. “Your organization is already tainted.”

“Nah,” I said, shaking my head. “That ain’t how this shit works. The shit you did? Yeah, it’s fucked up, but I know for a fact that you ain’t breaking that woman. She’s stronger than you think. She bent, but not broken.”

“You think so?” he asked. “Because you ain’t asked the most important question.”

“What’s that?”

“How did I get a hold of her if she had a nigga?” he said and smiled. “He set her up, traded her to get his name in the door. Who wouldn’t want her? She had niggas flocking to her, and she ended up with a street nigga who didn’t give a fuck what happened to her because she was just arm candy.” He shook his head. “I handed that nigga a stack, slipped a little bit of that shit into her drink, and we made fucking magic, my nigga.” He nodded. “I fell in love with her ass that night, too, wanted her so fucking bad I had that nigga set up. He went to jail becauseof me. That’s how strong my name is. His own boys set him up because I wanted his woman.”

“He’s coming back,” I said, looking at Javien.

“That’s me, too,” Javien laughed. “The moment you snatched me up, shit went into motion. The longer I’m here, the worse it gets. Why do you think you can't find my Pop? That nigga comes and goes like he wants because you ain’t the nigga you think you are!”

“You want to bet?” I chuckled and wiped my hand over my mouth. “My nigga, the pull I have is undeniable.” I pushed his head to make him spin in circles. “I know niggas, that know niggas. I sit at tables with niggas that own countries. I've been letting Xoey toy with your ass because my sis likes this kind of shit. But you know what I will never play about?” I grabbed his chin to make him stop spinning and look at me. “My woman and my family.” I tapped him in the middle of the forehead. “Fable is good, so my next priority is my family, and she’s a part of my family.”

“So, nigga,” Javien Jr. laughed. “Her nigga is on his way to get her and clean up my little mess.” He grilled me. “You think your reach is so tough, and it ain’t. You didn’t even realize you were getting played. That money was never coming back to you; you been taking care of my jit.” He laughed. “You ain't shit, Pyrite Stone, and to prove it, I’ma share another little secret with you.” Javien Jr. smiled. “That shit with your brother’s girl? That was me, too. Yo, brother killed the wrong person.”

“Nigga, what?” I grabbed his throat and pulled him to me. “What did you say?”

Javien laughed despite me squeezing his neck. “The Stones ain't untouchable, nigga! You, your brothers, the bitches y’all with! Everybody can be touched!” Something in Javien snapped, and he bucked against my hold. “I touched y’all! I did that shit, Pyrite Stone! I don’t give a fuck about you having Fable, nigga. She was just a pawn in the game! Even when I’m dead, the shit I set in motion is going to fuck with you! I won! I told you not to fuck with me! You thought I was a lil nigga because of my Pop, and I showed your ass! I won nigga!”

“No, you didn’t,” I laughed and shook my head. “You just started a war you’ll never see the end of.” I pulled my gun from the back of my pants and cocked it. “Don’t worry, though, even in death, you ain’t out of my reach. I got a few niggas in hell that are waiting on you.” I shot Javien between the eyes and turned to Xoey. “This shit stays between us for now.”

“What?” she reared back like I hit her. “This nigga just admitted to us being in a fucking war, and you want to keep it quiet? Are you crazy?”
