His shocked brother quickly handed the bouquet toGertrude.

“I’m too old for you, dear,”shesaid.

“Well, dance with me anyway,” he said with alaugh.

As the night wound down, guests congratulated them one last time before drifting upstairs. Logan’s brothers and their mates walked Kate and Logan to thefrontdoor.

“You kids have a good night,”Macksaid.

“Oh, I intend to,” Logan gave her hand a squeeze, which had her blushing. He scooped her up into his arms. “I might be late tobreakfast.”

“I’ll bring your breakfast in the morning,”Madisonsaid.

“Make it noon,”Logansaid.

“Noonitis.”

The trip back to her home flew by as Logan practically ran to get her there. She clung to his neck as desire flooded her body. He didn’t put her down until they reached her bedroom. For a moment, she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him as tightly as shecould.

When she finally released him, she gazed up into his eyes. “Take me to bed,husband.”

“I love you, wife,” hewhispered.

He wasn’t done—far from it. Instead, he left a trail of soft kisses across her jaw and down her throat. She tipped her head back and grabbed his shoulders as she swayed inhislap.

The taste of her intoxicated his senses. His bear rolled and jumped and leapt for joy as he found a tender spot just below her earlobe. She shivered and groundagainsthim.

“You taste so good,” hewhispered.

She responded with awhimper.

“Especially right here.” He nuzzled her neck before pulling her collar down a bit so he could nibble her exposedflesh.

Her hands drifted up to unzip his jacket. When she pushed it over his shoulders, he wiggled out of it. She ran her hands down hischest.

“You’re so hard all over,” shemurmured.

“You havenoidea.”

“I think I do.” She gave him apointedlook.
