Her mind tilted into a haze of amorous sensations. She pressed forward. “I’ve never…”
“Never what?” He urged, his lips hovering over hers.
“Done this…” What was left of her words dissolved against his lips in a kiss so smooth and effortless it felt like she’d been making out for years.
He took control, sucking on her mouth like an ice-cold popsicle on a scorching summer day. This kiss was far different from the one she’d planted on Tiegan that day in bed. She’d initiated that kiss. It had been shy and uneasy, but Tiegan had no hesitation.
His mouth was so perfect. Firm and yet pliant beneath her own. Her arm jerked, aching to wrap around him, but he held the limb stubbornly behind her back as if to make a point.
The connection between them grew hotter with every stroke of his lips. He backed her against the wall, pinning her there with his massive size.
His tongue pried her lips apart and he went to war. She kissed him back with all the pent-up passion inside her body, not knowing exactlywhatto do, but too engrossed in him to let that stop her from trying to move her tongue too.
Tiegan’s little moan of pleasure rumbled from deep in his throat and made a thrill climb her spine. Symphony opened her eyes and found that his were closed. His eyebrow nubs pulled tightly toward the center of his forehead and his nostrils flared with every breath.
Her free hand, the right one, climbed his shoulder as she leaned back. “Is that how kissing is supposed to be?” Her voice held a note of wonder. “No wonder everyone in college was always doing it.”
Twenty-two years without this magical feeling and not a single one had gone to waste. After all, she couldn’t imagine any man on earth making her feel the way Tiegan did.
Her fingertips brushed against his shoulders and then up to his long hair. Flames licked at her stomach and between her legs, making her want to cling to him and feel him everywhere. In every way.
“Mine,” Tiegan growled over her face, his eyes black instead of purple. “You are mine.”
Her chest flattened against his as he roughly captured her mouth again, releasing her left arm in favor of running his hands all over her body. Their hips met in a sway that seemed to twist the very fabric of the universe. She felt the brunt of him and almost popped her eyes open.
Was she ready for that? Would it be okay for her first time to be that… dangerous?
Her pulse settled between her thighs and that pulse was followed by Tiegan’s giant hand. He tugged on her underwear, shifting it aside in a way that was both feral and graceful at once.
She choked a little, digging her fingernails into him as sizzles of electricity raced over her body.
This was really happening.
A big blue alien was going to pop her cherry.
Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.
A ringing sound stopped Tiegan while he was working her draws down her legs. He froze, a confused expression crossing his handsome face before he lifted his arm. A red light on the expanse of his wrist was blinking.
“Denizi,” Tiegan mumbled.
She didn’t need a Plutonian translation for that curse word.
When he flicked his wrist as if he’d answer, her arm dove out and stopped him. She wasn’t sure if it was a glitch or if her lust-addled brain had given the command. All Symphony knew was that she was a ball of pent-up need.
The red light kept blinking.
She forced herself to take a deep breath and close her legs.
Tiegan straightened too. He didn’t need to say a word. They both knew that wherever this had been going, the moment was over now.
Twenty
Tiegan
Tiegan grunted in frustration. The emergency summons could not have come at a more inconvenient time.
He was just about to tease Sim-pony’s heat. She had not yet agreed to be his mate, so he could not impale her with his length. But he would have done his best to make her moan out an agreement using other parts of his body.
