Soul digs his phone out again. “Watch this. Trust me, it’s possible.”
He pulls up something on his phone, and Mayhem and Stevie tilt their heads as they watch whatever is on the screen. When Soul spins his phone around, it’s a video of some couple fucking on a bike while he drives down the road.
“See. Possible.” Soul puts his phone away.
“I never said it wasn’t possible. But smart… no way. I’m with Stevie on this one. Sorry.”
“I thought you were more fun than that.” Soul tips his head back and groans. “Come on. Live a little. It looks fun, doesn’t it?”
“I guess if you’re just trying to check it off your bucket list.”
“See.” He points at me like I’ve just proved his point, even though I don’t understand the appeal. “I’ve got my bike out front right now; we could test it out if you want?”
Soul winks, and I roll my eyes. He knows I have zero interest in him, and I know he sees me like his little sister. Still, it doesn’t stop him from always trying to get a reaction from anyone and everyone.
But right before I have a chance to answer Soul’s question, an arm wraps my stomach, and the smell of Ghost’sshampoo floods my senses. Ghost tugs my back flush to his chest and, in one move, claims me right in front of his brothers.
Soul’s eyes widen, and I feel Reina staring at me from the corner of my eye. But he doesn’t let me go.
Ghost holds me tight, and I can’t help sinking into his arms.
“Not with my girl, brother.”

Soul smirks, like eventhough Ghost is shutting him down and claiming me, he’s the one who somehow won.
“Understood.” Soul takes a sip of his beer.
“Can I get you a drink?” Venom asks Ghost, and I look over to see he cut his conversation with Reina short the second Ghost walked up.
Prospects look to ranked members like they’re gods. Which is probably another reason Venom stopped flirting with me since that night Ghost put me on the back of his bike after the incident with the van.
“Whiskey,” Ghost orders, still not letting me go.
Venom nods, and I look up over my shoulder at Ghost.
“You’re back. And you’re…” I pat the back of his hand, where it’s resting over my stomach.
“Touching you.”
“Touching me.” I smile. “Here. In front of everyone.”
“Does that bother you?”
“Definitely not.”
Spinning on the stool, I wait to see if he’ll pull back. He doesn’t. He widens his stance and moves my legs between his. With him standing and me sitting down, he’s even taller.
Havoc walks up behind him, and his eyebrows pinch as he looks to where Ghost has me caged. When his gaze meets mine, he smirks, winking.
It feels like a secret getting out. One that wasn’t well kept, given how the guys are looking at us.
I scoot closer to Ghost, letting the warmth of his body be my comfort. I’ve been chasing him like he’s a figment of my imagination. I wasn’t even sure if he actually liked me or if I just liked him so much that I was imagining it.
Now, I’m drinking up every bit of his reciprocation. It’s giving me life. Validation. Purpose.
