"Gon' head. Tell me what's wrong."

"I'm scared." I sobbed softly, leaning into him and he let me cry on his chest.

"I don't want to do it." I spoke softly and he chuckled.

"Na' you got this, T. Don't even worry about it."

"No." I whined and he pulled back to make me look into his eyes.

"What I say?" He asked as I poked my lips out.

"You're strong, baby. You got this shit." He encouraged and I shook my head.

"Yes you do."

"And when you push my little man out, guess what I'm gon' give you?" He asked and I sat there thinking before I spoke.

"Another one?" I asked sadly and everybody in the car laughed hard as I sat there with a serious face.

"Na' baby." He chuckled hard, shaking his head.

"But I got a surprise for you." He said once his laughter died down and I raised my eyebrows.

"Really? What is it?" I couldn't help but to ask.

"Can't tell you. You gotta push my little man out first." He said as I felt the sharp pain in my stomach return and I sat back in the seat, turning my face up.

"How long, Dej?" He went onto ask Deja.

"10 minutes."

"T your moms called and said she there already." She went onto tell me and I nodded.

"Okay." I spoke barely above a whisper, breathing in and out slowly.

It didn't take long to get to the hospital, when we did, everybody rushed out of the car and Dominic slowly helped me.

"Wun' me to carry you?" He asked as I waddled in pain, holding my aching back.

"No, I'm too fat." I whined as he chuckled and I looked at him with angry eyes, making his smile fall.

When we finally made it into the hospital, I became completely nervous once it seemed as though everyone was looking at us.

"Aye, can we get some service in this bitch?!" Leek yelled throughout the place as we walked in about 10 people deep.

"Calm down, Sir. What's going on?" A nurse quickly made her way over to us.

"My nephew tryn' come into this fucked up ass world that's what gon' on." Zay spat, making everybody laugh.

"My water broke." I explained softly, breathing in and out rapidly as she looked at me sympathetically.

"Okay. Come on, honey." She said to me as she grabbed my arm.

"Where's the father?" She asked, looking around at everybody and Dominic stepped out of the large crowd of people.

"Alright, right this way." She explained.
