Faryn was happy that Robin had finally sat down and so was Makena. The food was served, and Makena and two of her friends ran the shower and played a bunch of games. As usual, Ella was the life of the party. She was all over the place and played every game until she won a prize. Ava and Kane stayed in their little corner and didn’t move or say much of anything to anyone. When it came time to open the gifts, Ella, Makena, and Akira had to help Faryn because Landon had disappeared. She was pissed that he wasn’t there to see what they had gotten for the babies and she couldn’t wait to curse his ass out.

“What’s wrong Faryn?” Makena asked when she saw the shift in her demeanor.

“Where is your brother?” Faryn questioned.

“Forget him girl. He’s probably somewhere around here with Aiden and Raheem,” Makena said, waving her off.

“I know the fuck he’s not!” Faryn yelled angrily.

Her brothers and some of the other men were carrying gifts to the U-Haul truck, while the father of her kids was off somewhere bullshitting with his family. She was livid and the smirk that was on Makena’s face wasn’t helping. Even Landon’s sons were helping while he was nowhere around.

“Don’t worry about that sis. You’re almost finished opening your gifts,” Akira spoke up.

Faryn had started opening and reading the cards when all the gifts were opened and put away. Makena had a bag that she put all the cash and gift cards in and she guarded it with her life. Once that was all done, Faryn had steam coming from her ears. Landon walked in with his uncle and cousin like he hadn’t done anything wrong.

“We got a lot of stuff to put away when we get home,” he said while kissing Faryn on the cheek.

“Don’t kiss me and don’t say shit to me,” Faryn snapped angrily.

“What did I do?” Landon smirked.

“I don’t find shit funny Landon. I was in here opening gifts for our kids while you were outside bullshitting with your people. I’m pissed the fuck off!” Faryn snapped.

“I love you, baby,” Landon said as he kept kissing her face.

“Stop trying to make me laugh Landon. I’m mad and I don’t want to smile. I felt like a single mother just now,” Faryn pouted.

“Girl, stop being so damn dramatic,” Landon said as he called his sons over.

They were both smiling from ear to ear as they stood in front of her and grabbed both of her hands until she stood up.

“Wait! Lennox. Lance. What are y’all doing?” Faryn panicked as they walked her to the middle of the floor.

The DJ started playingAll my lifeby K-Ci and JoJo, making Faryn smile. That was her ringtone for Landon and she always told him that the words conveyed exactly how she felt about him. Faryn thought they were pulling her to the middle of the floor to dance like they sometimes did at home, but they had her confused when they just stood there. When Landon walked up, they left Faryn standing there and went to stand next to him. Faryn was about to ask what was up until she saw the three of them drop down on one knee. Faryn’s hand went up to her mouth as the entire place erupted in cheers. Everyone had their phones out recording, as Landon opened the small velvet box and revealed the biggest diamond ring that Faryn had ever seen. Lance and Lennox opened a box of their own that held a diamond necklace with the matching earrings.

“I don’t need to make a long speech because you already know what it is. I love you with everything in me and I would be honored if you would be my wife. Will you marry me, baby?” Landon asked with a smile.

“Us dad, will she marry us,” Lennox corrected.

“Yes!” Faryn yelled as tears clouded her vision. “I’ll marry you. All of you.”

“I guess you forgive me now, huh?” Landon asked as he stood up and put the ring on her finger.

“As big as this rock is, I’ll never get mad at you again,” Faryn said as she planted a sloppy kiss on his lips.

“We got you something too, Faryn,” Lance said as he and Lennox presented her with their gifts.

“Y’all are so sweet. I love them,” Faryn said as she hugged and kissed them too.

“Okay, so since the babies have been showered with gifts, it’s mama’s turn now!” Makena yelled over the mic.

“What is she talking about?” Faryn asked Landon.

“Faryn, come on outside boo. Landon has a little something for you,” Makena said, answering her question.

Faryn looked at him and smiled, as Landon grabbed her hand and walked her outside. Ava and Kane were already out there seemingly in a heated argument, but they played it off once everyone started exiting the building.

“What am I looking for? Where is my gift?” Faryn questioned.
