She consumed him like a disease.

One he’d happily sacrifice his life to.

“Even if you are a dirty stalker, you make my heart swell, grumpy. I guess I can give you one little kiss.” She teased as he took handfuls of her juicy ass, heading toward the stairs, taking them two at a time, with his precious cargo bouncing in his arms.

“Gonna take more than a kiss, angel. About to throw you on the bed and fuck you senseless until my cock numbs.”

That’s what Lawless did for the next few hours.

The clubhouse was all but closed up for the past few days because of the snowstorms. So what else did he have to do but feast on his delicious addiction, making Angela scream and beg?

And fuck, she begged, so beautifully.

Then, much later, like a nasty stalker, he lounged on the couch with a book and watched her during an online class. Making her squirm under his scrutiny until she slammed the laptop shut once class was over, and Angela crawled into his lap, demanding his attention.

Her words, actions, and begging nature put Lawless into a state he’d never been in before. The kind to indulge and cherish, to treat someone with care, affection, even. As shit as he was at giving it.

Whatever he had was Angela’s already.

She demanded, and he would give.

Any fucking time. Any fucking day. No matter what.

If anyone were to study the club as a business, they could quickly pinpoint that Lawless was their damaged nucleus.

When he was quiet, he was his most dangerous.

Anyone who knew him could see that.

But no one loved Lawless as Angela loved that scary, enigmatic man. She’d learned to recognize his every mood and nuance. So when she pushed open the screen door, her breath caught in her throat. Not only because of the frigid temperature, but the sight of him sitting so quiet and still on the top step was beautiful.

She wished she was an artist to capture his image, but she even sucked at taking selfies.

It was dark, day seven of being snowed in, something stupid o’clock, and she woke without him in bed.Again.

“Do I need to chain you to the bed to keep you there?” She inquired, a smile in her voice as she quickly padded over to him. She wore only PJs and thick socks, but the cold penetrated down to her bones. She pressed up to Lawless’ side, he was smoking pot, sending the plume of smoke into the drifts of snowflakes. Thankfully, the porch cover kept them dry.

“Trying to top me from the bottom?” He cocked his head.

She felt the heat of it. It tingled along the surface of her skin.

“If I thought you’d let me do that, I’d drag you upstairs by your ears. But it’s about you not sleeping.”

“I don’t sleep sometimes,” he took a long inhale of smoke, “it’s not a big deal.”

“Are you missing the club and the guys? You could hold a church meeting over Zoom.” She said, biting the inside of her cheek to stop the laughter. The thought of them all sitting at their individual computers to have a critical biker meeting was hilarious. She bet Snake would turn into the potato background, and Hawk wouldn’t even turn his camera on.

It’s times like now she wished she could dig her fingers into Lawless’ brain and find all his secret thoughts.

They were close.

Growing closer by the day, but there was still a lot she didn’t know.

Rubbing fingers on his thigh, she nudged him, wondering why he wasn’t shivering too.

“Come back to bed. It’s cold out here. I don’t want you to freeze to death. Not after I finally manipulated you into chasing me.”
