Damn, I miss those days.
No, you don’t.
My mind speaks for me. I want to miss those days. The days when I lived a shallow life not worried about anything but the next warm pussy I could slide into. Then Sage came along. While she isn’t the girl for me, she showed me I might be able to heal from the wounds Morgan caused me years ago. Then Morgan came back, and we fought it out.
Now, all I want to do is slide into her.
Fuck.
I run my hands through my hair. If I’m being honest with myself, I want more than that. What Finley said hits too close to home. Morgan’s the marrying kind. I knew that even back then.
Morgan moves suddenly, walking around the pool. I immediately make my way towards her. I’m not quick enough. Someone bumps into her, sending her into the pool. I don’t hesitate. Within a few strides, I’m at the pool, jumping in without a second thought.
My heart races as I grab her body and swim to the surface. Once clear, the first thing I hear is Morgan's laughter.
I’m so shocked for a moment that I don’t move. Morgan turns in my arms, wrapping her arms around my neck as she continues to full-out laugh.
She’s the most beautiful woman I have ever met. That’s the only thought in my mind as the world around us quiets and I only see her.
Her gorgeous red hair is slicked back, and her freckles shine in the light. Her head is thrown back as she laughs as if there’s not a care in the world. I barely resist the urge to lean in and kiss that beautiful neck. It’s not until I feel her legs wrap around my waist that I snap out of my stupor.
“Shit. We need to get you a towel.” I pull her to the shallow end of the pool, careful to keep one hand on her ass, holding her dress down so no one can see her.
“Where are we going, Keat?” She giggles. “Oh no. Am I in trouble?” She almost throws us off balance as she lets go of my neck to cover her mouth. I grab her arm, wrapping it back around me, pulling her in closer.
“Hold on to me, babe. Nice and tight.” I don’t bother to hide the huskiness in my voice.
Fuck, I want her. I want her bad.
Her legs squeeze me closer, causing parts of me to grow harder, while her arms find their way around my neck again. As I make my way up the steps with her in my arms, Rocky meets me at the top.
“Here, brother.” He holds out two towels.
Morgan shivers as the cool air finally hits her.
“Can you wrap one around her?” I ask quietly.
He wraps the towel around her shoulders as I use my one free arm to tuck it in. She nuzzles into my neck, her warm breath tickling the sensitive skin as she burrows deeper into me.
Finley grabs the second towel Rocky offers, looking to me for guidance.
“Grab Tins and meet me at the car. It’s time to go.”
He turns without hesitation and makes his way over to Tinsley. I don’t wait to see what happens. Rocky leads the way, opening the side gate for me.
“Sorry,” I say as I pass him.
“Not the worst thing that’s ever happened. Is she going to be okay?” he asks.
“I’m right here. Why can’t we stay? Right, Rock? You want us to stay?” She pulls her head from my neck to plead with him.
“No can do, young lady. If boss man says it’s time for you to go, you got to go.”
Morgan pouts, but cuddles back into my neck.
“Take care.” He smiles as I turn and make my way to the car.
I reach in my pocket, barely able to maneuver my keys out, when a girly scream causes me to look behind me. My eyes widen as I see Finley carrying Tinsley over his shoulder fireman style, one hand holding the back of her dress down. I raise my eyebrow.
