I wasn’t sure exactly what that meant to him, but it sounded like a good idea. “Yes. A lot.”

Santos chuckled. “Yes. Lots and lots.”

Glad we were on the same page, I rested my head on Harley’s shoulder. “But first, we need to get our boy another drink and cleaned up.”

That got a naughty giggle from our cutie. “Daddy’s dirty.”

Daddy wasverydirty…and it was lovely…but I really shouldn’t make a mess on Santos’s couch.

“Daddy probably needs a shower as long as Papa is going to be a good host.” My teasing dig at our drama queen had him rolling his eyes. “I don’t even have water either. I’m getting sticky. He didn’t even offer us a blanket.”

As Harley shook in silent laughter, Santos frowned. “I like you both naked. Harley’s warm and cuddly. And since he belongs to me, I don’t have to cover him up.”

“That’s ridiculous. You’re both mine and while I appreciate the view, you both need a sheet wrapped around you at the very least. What if you catch a cold? What if aliens attack and you get abducted? You don’t need to be naked if that happens. It’ll send the wrong idea.” They were sexy enough they’d end up getting auctioned off.

“The chances of me getting abducted are slim to none and there’s a bell that will go off if anyone with a key tries to open the door. So we’ll have a warning for that as well.” Santos’s exaggerated frown had Harley kissing his cheek. “Thank you, sweet boy.”

“No aliens?” Harley’s question wasn’t nearly long enough to have a proper discussion on alien abductions or adventures, but Santos shook his head.

“No. No aliens. We’re safe here and your Daddy is just looking for ridiculous worries.” Reaching up, Santos stroked Harley’s head. “I’m much more worried about the way his tummy is growling. Either your Daddy is hungry or there’s a monster inside him.”

Harley pretended to frown seriously and dropped his voice to a conspiratorial whisper. “Monster’s hungry.”

I was certainly hungry even if there was no monster.

“Playing is hard work.” I frowned at Santos. “You’re supposed to offer guests a snack.”

He rolled his eyes as he frowned at Harley. “He’s silly. He thinks he’s a guest.”

Shaking his head, Harley returned the serious expression. “No guest. Papa’s keeping us.”

“That’s right.” Looking very pleased with himself, Santos kissed Harley’s cheek again. “Such a smart boy.”

A smart boy that needed water, food, and reeducation because they belonged to me.

“It’s just lunch. It’s not stressful.” It probably wasn’t even our first date since we’d gone over to Santos’s apartment. “That had to be our first date.”

Yes. I was going to count it as our first date because second dates were always easier…especially since they were going to keep me.

“That has to be a good sign.” I’d even gotten separate goodnight texts from both of them as well as the ones in the group message. “That has to be a good sign too.”

What wasn’t a good sign was the way I was hiding around the corner from the deli talking to myself.

Thankfully, there weren’t that many people around to worry about the large, nervous-looking man talking to himself.

Yep…that was not a good sign.

Neither was the man following Dally.

Oh dear.

Daddy was somehow talking on the phone and with his hands as he marched past the corner where I was hiding, and he seemed to have collected a follower judging by the way he was studying Daddy.

He really shouldn’t be walking by himself.
