He crossed his arms. “Not until you tell me why.”
My brother had a point. There was no logical reason for him to hand over his phone when I had just given it back to him. If I was going to get it, I had to do something rash, something a little insane, which was exactly how I felt when it came to that woman.
I leapt forward before Axe had a chance to react, reaching into his back pocket where I knew he typically carried his phone.
His hair was all messed up when I let him go. “What the fuck is wrong with you, man?”
“Give me five minutes. I’ll be back with it then.”
“I thought you said a minute,” he called after me as I ran out of his house.
Escaping into my truck, I took off down the road so he couldn’t see what I was doing.
I parked on a side street, and my finger shook as I pulled up the photo library.
Sure enough, the most recent photo was the most beautiful set of tits I’d ever seen staring back at me. As promised, February’s middle finger was right between them. Sweat beaded on my forehead as I imagined what would’ve happened had my brother found this first. I’d dodged a bullet.
I took a few minutes to just stare at the photo, my mouth watering as I imagined pulling one of those perfectly pink nipples into my mouth, sucking hard. I’d been in a dry spell lately, and this was probably the last thing I needed—especially since I’d already vowed not to let anything happen with this woman, even if she was tempting as all hell. That didn’t change the fact that she was only traveling through town and was probably the last woman I should be messing around with. But isn’t it always the one you can’t have that you want?
Blood rushed to my dick as my finger rubbed gently over the screen, tracing her creamy mounds.Fuck.One more minute, I told myself. Then you have to let go. Only one more minute, and then I’d delete the damn thing and never look at it again. I’d have to remember to delete it from the trash folder on his phone as well.
After my minute was up—maybe it was ten minutes—my fingers hovered over the delete button. But I couldn’t. I couldn’t do it. As far as I was concerned, this photo was gold. I texted it to myself instead beforedeleting the photo from Axe’s library and from the deleted photos file. Maybe now I could go on with my damn night and start functioning like a normal human instead of a feral cat.
I drove back to my aunt’s house. As expected, Axe was pissed.
He held up his hands. “What the hell is wrong with you?”
I handed him the phone and calmly said, “Thank you.”
“You’re not gonna tell me what this is all about?”
“Not unless you want to explain all the shit you’ve been up to, Vibrator Boy.”
He smirked. “I have nothing to hide.”
“Stay out of trouble, please.”
He called after me. “Seriously? You’re gonna leave me hanging like this?”
Ignoring him, I left.
When I returned to the bar, February was still waiting there.
“Jesus, that took forever,” she huffed.
With a scowl on my face, I didn’t say anything. I tried not to look at her for fear my eyes would travel below her neck and it would be obvious that her breasts were still at the forefront of my mind.
“Well?” she finally said. “Was it successful?”
“Oh, I got it, all right.”
She swallowed. “Did you…manage to delete the photo from his phone?”
I finally looked her in the eyes. “Yeah. Thankfully. He hadn’t seen it.”
“How do you know?”
“He would’ve told me if he had.”
