Lucas switched out the cups in my hands and gave me a small smile. "Here, this one is actually for you." It was still a cup of hot coffee, which they knew wasn't my favorite, but the heat was doing wonders to soothe me.

This coffee was much better; a swirling caramel color after the creamer had been mixed in. Just the way I wanted it.

Noah strode back into the room and sat next to me on the bed. His arm wrapped around my shoulders, and he brought me against his side. "I'm so sorry, baby girl. I just spoke with Simon, and they're going to figure this out."

Panic gripped me as I thought of Nonna Rossi and her kids and grandkids trapped by my psychotic brother. "She has twin granddaughters. They're only nine. Already showing signs of becoming omegas." Fresh tears fell down my face. "We can't let Mike get them. He'll just send them somewhere to be auctioned off."

I was frantic as I finished speaking. I couldn't drag enough oxygen into my lungs, and my darkness crept into the edges of my vision.

Panic attack.

Fuck, I'd been doing so well without having one of the attacks that used to plague me.

My three men surrounded me and held me while the floodgates opened and the sobs racked my body. It was too much. I'd grown complacent, expecting that everything would be okay.

But it wasn't okay. Mike was still out there, and judging by his words, he'd taken over the omega trafficking ring from our father.

I couldn't let the people I cared for get swept up in my family problems.

The Rossi's didn't deserve this. They'd done nothing more than take me in and give me a home.

"Shhhh, we've got you, baby girl," Lucas' voice filtered through my panicked haze, wrapping me in a cocoon of warmth and safety.

"It's all my fault," I whispered, my voice broken, like my spirit. I'd caused so much pain. So much suffering to those around me.

"Don't think like that." James squeezed my knees and then tilted my face toward him. "This is all on Mike. Not you. He's using the Rossi's. But we're gonna find him and tear him limb from limb, I promise you that."

"We've already alerted Jonathan to the situation. He's getting in touch with some friends with Chicago PD to get this situation handled." Simon's smooth accent was soothing and firm. He was on top of it and already coming in once again to rescue me from my family.

The tears flowed harder, my breathing once again becoming erratic. The cup in my hands disappeared, and more whispered voices couldn't cut through the buzzing in my ears.

"Sweetheart, your heartrate is dangerously high," Noah whispered in my ear, his fingers delicately laid over my wrist. "Can you breathe with me?"

He placed my hand over his heart and took deep, exaggerated breaths. I tried to follow his rhythm, but I couldn't.

"Meds," I gasped out. "In room. Nightstand."

Footsteps retreated and returned in a flash of movement.

James' purr intensified as he took my other hand to place it on his chest. These men were everything. Seeing me through the panic and helping me to become whole.

Lucas fumbled with the bottle. "How many, darlin'? Just one?" He read over the label aloud. "Take one as needed for anxiety. If symptoms persist, take one more thirty minutes after the first. Okay, I can work with that."

"Open up," he instructed, and I parted my lips as he placed a pill on my tongue. The coffee mug reappeared, and he tilted the cup so the lukewarm liquid filled my mouth. I swallowed quickly.

"Bleck."I scrunched up my face. I hated coffee that was room temperature.

Noah rubbed up and down my back, whispering soothing words into my ear as I leaned between them.

Several minutes passed, and I soaked in their touch as my pulse slowed and my breathing returned to normal. A yawn parted my lips as my eyelids grew heavy.

"Sleep, baby girl. We've got you."

Secure in their arms, I let the darkness take me under.
