Craved more.
“What else do you love?” James asked in a husky voice.
“You,” I replied without hesitation.
He smirked. "Good answer. Anyone else?"
I loved this playful and teasing side of James that was just beginning to emerge. It made me giddy, knowing that I could bring about such a positive change in him. Although, I couldn't take all the credit. It was all of us together that brought him around.
"Noah and Lucas, too."
"Good girl," he rumbled and finally took my lips in a fierce kiss.
My toes curled at the praise and his tongue stroked along mine.
Noah bent, taking one nipple into his mouth. I groaned at the sensation, feeling my pussy tighten around his knot. He bit out a curse before his teeth grazed along the swollen bud.
"Are you ready for more, darlin'?" Lucas breathed into my ear as I broke the kiss with James.
"With you three, I always want more."
CHAPTER40
Noah
Ibrushed the hair from Bridget's forehead as I gazed down at her sleeping form. She was utterly peaceful in slumber. No lines between her brows. No frown tilting her lips downward. I still couldn't believe this was my life. That this brilliant, beautiful omega stepped foot in our lives and changed them so much.
And it was all for the better.
The changes in all three of us were astounding. We loved each other. There was never any doubt about that. We made each other better, but not until after Bridget swooped in. Lucas was calmer, less anxious, and more content. James actually smiled now, which was a miracle in itself.
She was the sunshine in our otherwise bleak existence.
With a sigh, I carefully pulled myself away from her side to the bathroom. I wanted to get downstairs and make coffee so Lucas didn't have to. He was sound asleep spooning Bridget while James spooned him. The three most important people in my life were content and unaware that I was awake.
Which was what I wanted. They deserved to sleep in today.
I did my business and washed my hands before I pulled on a loose-fitting pair of gray sweatpants. Carefully, I crept down the stairs to the kitchen and made myself busy around the kitchen. Lucas may do all the cooking, but I wasn't completely useless.
As the heavenly brew finished up, I gazed out the window toward the cabin where Alena and the guys were staying. Simon and Elias sat at the small table on the front porch, drinking coffee and talking quietly.
They noticed me through the window, raising their hands in friendly greeting.
When the pot finished, I poured myself a cup, added a touch of creamer, and made my way out to join them.
“Morning,” I called out.
They echoed the word, and I joined them at the small table.
“Everyone else still sleeping?” I inclined my head toward the cabin.
Elias smiled. “Of course. Yours too?”
I nodded and took a long drink from my mug. “Though I’m shocked James is still sleeping. He never sleeps in. Hell, he barely sleeps most nights.”
Simon chuckled. “Funny how having a mate changes you.”
“For him, in a lot of ways.”
