His current erection told the tale.
From where he stood, Poe considered it.
He had so many more soldiers to heal, but a little piece of him wanted to keep the man here. That he’d opened the door to this meant he could easily grant him this.
In his file notes, it wouldn’t say he recommended the time to be moved, but that the patient had requested it.
That made it a huge deal in Poe’s head.

When he was young, and he realized women did nothing for him, he wasn’t able to date boys.
That wasn’t happening.
The bottom line was that his parents would be disgraced having a gay son, especially when Hemmingway was hyper-masculine and the perfect specimen.
Granted, his brother knew, because, as twins, they shared everything.
Their big joke was that Hemmingway stole all of the testosterone in the womb from his brother, and he got all the brains.
Now, he was able to be himself, and this man made him want to do just that.
That illicit affair called to him. For Poe, this was anAffairto remember.
Truth be told, this man made him want exactly that like no other.
Oh, he dated in college and got his sexual experiences, and when he graduated, he stayed here for the anonymity and ability to be his true self.
He could have a male friend, and America didn’t care that he was a Duke’s son.
Because they didn’t know.
Only, he didn’t date often. He was pretty much celibate, and chose to be.
Why?
As he aged, he was more particular with his choices. It wasn’t so much about getting laid as choosing a good bedmate.
Honestly, as of late, he couldn’t find anyone he was attracted to until now. He was incredibly turned on by the man before him, and he was failing when it came to fighting that.
