Granted, when they found Ceit’s grave it most definitely quieted down.
But, alas, renovation continued, stirring that‘woo-woo’pot, even when he warned the new owners of what would happen by doing that.
It woke things up.
Spooky things.
They.
Had.
Ghosts.
Only, Callen Whitefox and Christopher Leonard wanted it open, and available to the family.
That was going to be an interesting moment when they all came face-to-face with what haunted the place.
It was a race to solve what was going on here so that the dead would have peace, and Callen Whitefox, and Christopher Leonard, weren’t murdered by their woman.
That was a distinct possibility because this place was filthy with the dead.
As for the one-day inhabitants, this place would be full of life.
The Blackhawk clan was huge.
When you had that many children, you needed bedrooms, and the tower had plenty. So, that was exactly why construction was happening.
Oh, and the dead were not happy.
The renovation stirred the place up. Things were falling off of shelves, doors were slamming and locking, and lights were flickering.
Holy shit!
It was a good thing that Graham wasn’t afraid of much.
Only dying alone.
Graham wasn’t sure that they wanted to put the children in the tower. Someone had jumped from the window, but that was their choice.
Callen Whitefox believed that the rooms, not far from the Master’s Suite, would be the perfect place for children.
Was he ignoring that the tower was where Ceit had left her son before she jumped from the tower window?
To.
Her.
Demise.
Graham wasn’t sure, but this wasn’t his call.
It was the owner’s call, and he had to abide by that. Oh, and get rid of the ghosts for the men.
How was he supposed to do that?
Truthfully, he wasn’t sure.
With the exploration of the tower beginning, and the situation with the remains in the castle about to be handled, the place had a different vibe.
