While he may have enjoyed all kinds of Daddy Dom and boy moments in clubs, this was something else altogether. The way that Reece was being his true Little self and playing so sweetly was a revelation to Faustino. In fact, it was the kind of cutemoment that he had at one time hoped he could share with Justin…
Hey, no thoughts of the past.
This is meant to be relaxing for you too.
Just be in the moment…
Faustino allowed himself a wry smile as he put all thoughts of the past out of his mind and simply enjoyed what was right before him.
“IfinkI tired…” Reece said, bouncing off the bouncy ball once more and lying on his back with his arms stretched out in front of him. “Ifink… maybe milkies?”
Faustino nodded and made a dash toward the internal window at the rear of the playroom. As planned, Reece’s warmed milk bottle was ready and waiting – and Faustino couldn’t wait to be the man to give the darling boy what he needed.
“Does Little Reece want to come up on my lap for his milk?” Faustino asked. He might have taken a more controlling tone, but given what Reece had been through earlier in the day, he wanted to make extra sure that everything was presented as a choice that this sweet darling boy could make for himself. “Or I can give you the bottle to have yourself?”
“Lap, lap, lap,” Reece gurgled, turning onto his front and crawling over toward Faustino.
As Faustino sat down on the floor and welcomed a tired but thirsty Reece onto his lap, he felt a surge of warmth come over him. This felt good. It feltright.
“Drink up, sweet boy,” Faustino said, watching on with awe as Reece latched onto the milk bottle’s teat and began to suckle down the milk. “Not too fast. Enjoy every gulp. You deserve it. You deserve the whole wide world, Reece. And I’m going to help you get it too…”
With that, Faustino stroked Reece’s hair and watched him gently drift off to sleep as he made light work of the milk. Soon enough, the teat simply flopped out of Reece’s mouth as he began to snore lightly in time with his breathing.
Faustino couldn’t help but admire Reece’s pretty face and cutesy snores – although he knew it would be a whole other matter if he and Reece were sleeping together for real. But true to his word, Faustino kept his thoughts very much on the here and now.
Timo Taylor would need to be taught a lesson, that was for sure. As much as Faustino’s life was built on violence, the one thing he hated more than anything was bullying behavior. It had never sat right with Faustino, and even as far back as elementary school Faustino had made it his mission to take down any bullies with as much force as he could muster.
But with Reece fast asleep and Faustino’s hangover headache long gone, the Fendi man decided that perhaps it wouldn’t be such a bad idea if he was to get some sleep too.
Faustino’s life was typically all about guns, boys, and the latest of late nights.
But not today – and not with Reece.
As he shut his weary eyes and cradled Reece safely in his strong embrace, Faustino allowed himself to feel at peace with the world around him. There was sure to be more conflict in storebetween him, Michael, and Matteo, but that could all wait for another day.
And after they woke from their nap there was the small matter of hitting the ball pit and seeing who could find pirate treasure best, Daddies or Littles…
Chapter 7
Reece
The playdate at Bubble Palace had been a slice of heaven, a perfect bubble of joy that popped Reece right out of the mess of his morning. He’d bounced on the big squishy ball until his cheeks hurt from giggling, rolled around in the ball pit with Faustino tossing plastic treasures his way, and snuggled into his lap for his milk bottle like it was the most natural thing in the world.
Faustino’s deep voice calling him sweet boy, his strong arms cradling him… it all made him feel safe, like nothing could touch him, not even the slimy shadow of Timo Taylor. For now, at least, that problem felt far away, tucked behind the warmth of Faustino’s embrace.
The two of them had napped together after playtime, Reece’s cheek pressed against Faustino’s chest, his steady heartbeat lulling him into a soft, dreamless sleep. When they woke, the ball pit had called them back for more pirate adventures, and Reece squealed with delight as Faustino pretended to be a grumpy, gruff old captain, barking orders while he stole his treasure. It was the kind of carefree fun he’d craved, the perfect way to forget all about Timo.
But even as he laughed and played, a tiny corner of Reece’s mind knew the issue with Timo wasn’t gone—it was just waiting, ready to rear its ugly head.
Still, with Faustino there, towering over him like a protective wall, Reece felt safe enough to let it slide for the moment.
Now, back in his cozy bedroom, Reece perched on his crate bed, Squirt hugged tight under his arm. Faustino had walked him home, and Reece couldn’t help but notice his eyes scanning the streets like a hawk, his hand brushing his every so often in a way that sent little sparks up his spine. Reece liked that about Faustino. He had an intensity to him that he hadn’t seen in any other regular Daddies, the way he made him feel was like nothing could slip past him and get to him. It was a Daddy vibe he’d dreamed of, even if he’d never quite admitted it out loud.
“Bathroom break,” Faustino said, smiling as he stood at the bedroom door. “Let me guess, it’s somewhere on this floor. Hopefully I don’t accidentally walk into someone’s bedroom.”
“Faustino! It’s like you’ve never set foot in a shared house before,” Reece giggled.
“Well…” Faustino smiled, a knowing look on his face.
