“Good. I don’t think I want to be stuck with anyone else.” Her smile was fucking adorable but I don’t think she realized what kind of beast she set free.

“I’m serious,” I told her, tucking my still throbbing dick away. “This mouth,” I skimmed her bottom lip with my thumb. “These perfect tits,” I slipped my hand under her bra and pinched her nipple, making her shudder. “All this ass…” I reached down and slapped her ass with my free hand before moving around to cup her pussy. It was still putting off massive amounts of heat and I would have given my life to fuck her on my desk right then. “And this hot, perfect little pussy all belong to me.” I stole a kiss from her, catching her bottom lip between my teeth.

“And what about this?” She gripped my softening dick in her hand and I felt another erection looming in the distance if she didn’t stop.

“This dick is yours.” I pulled her on my lap again and lined the front of her throat with slow kisses that made her squirm. “And when you’re ready, I’m going to sign my name all over the sugar-sweet walls of your pussy.” A flush of deep berry red inched across her cheeks. She was beautiful when she was turned on.

A knock at my office door made us jump apart like two teenagers instead of two grown-ass forty-somethings. Lumi pulled her undershirt down first then her scrub shirt and smoothed her hand over her flat stomach. I hurried to tuck in my shirt and buckle my belt without looking disheveled.

I pushed my fingers through my hair and opened the door to see Rosie holding a folder in her arms. “Principal Cunningham, these are for you.” She handed the folder to me then looked at Lumi. “Hello, Ms. Foster.”

“Hey, Rosie,” she grinned a little too hard as she sat across from my desk trying her best to look innocent.

“You two going out on a nice date when you clock out?”

“A date?” I let out a deep laugh and folded my arms across my chest. “What makes you think that?”

Rosie tossed her stare from me to Lumi then she chuckled, shaking her head in that eerie all-knowing way. “You really think you can hide this from me? As long as I’ve known you, I’ve never seen you spend this much time with a woman. It’s not exactly faculty protocol either so there must be something going on between the two of you.”

“Oh my god,” Lumi laughed, looking at the backs of her hands.

“You have my word I won’t blab but I know something is going on.” Her voice was a song as she walked out. I looked at Lumi and pushed out a sigh.

“If Rosie can see through us it won’t be long before everyone else can.”

“We’ll figure something out by then,” she assured me, rubbing the back of my hand.

“Yeah, we better had.” I checked my watch and motioned for Lumi to come on. “I don’t want to be late. If we wait too long, the restaurant will get insanely crowded.” I held her hand in mine while she stood up then I watched her full hips and perfect ass sway in front of me.

Fuck me…

The restaurant I chose was downtown close to The Mystic Crystal so I could be reminded that I didn’t need to order a drink to celebrate. I’d be lying if I said the past two months had been a breeze. I thought about drinking more often than I’d like to admit out loud. Usually, whenever things got too bad Lumi wasn’t far away and I never hesitated to send T a text message.

When I asked Terrance if he was down for meeting Lumi over dinner he jumped at the chance to see the woman who had me sprung from a kiss as he put it. He was at the restaurant before Lumi and I got there. I tossed a skeptical look his way because I wanted to make sure he wasn’t sitting there for ten minutes longing for alcohol.

“T, what’s up man?” We slapped hands when I walked up to the table. He stood and offered me a wide grin before looking at Lumi. “This must be Ms. Foster.” He took her hand in his and I watched to see if she’d freeze. She went stiff for a moment when he kissed the back of her hand then she relaxed, moving closer to me and linking our arms.

“Please call me Lumi,” she smiled.

“Lumi? That’s a unique name. What does it mean?”

“Thank you,” she nodded. We took our seats and my hand found a home on her thigh under the table. “It means light of life.”

“Fitting,” I said, squeezing her thigh. Her smile was a flash of light in the ambient space.

“It’s beautiful, Lumi. It’s nice to finally meet you. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to Knight go on and on about you. All good things though,” Terrance laughed. I couldn’t help staring at Lumi. I hoped she knew I’d never say a bad thing about her. There weren’t any bad things to say about her. She was perfect in my mind. She was everything I wanted.

Throughout dinner, Lumi leaned into me, brushing her lips against my ear to speak quietly when the atmosphere got too loud. We were so tangled that it was hard for me to remember a time where we were strangers. Everything with her felt easy and real. Like I’d been out to dinner with her and Terrance a million times.

Lumi did what she always does and pulled T in with her warmth and listening ear. Her sincerity never failed to make people feel at home. She’d already found her way into my heart but I saw the magic she worked on Terrence too. He couldn’t stop spilling his guts to her but she listened and offered gems however she could. Helping people was where she thrived.

“You know what?” Lumi said, crossing her legs and leaning against me. I draped my arm across the back of her chair and pulled her a little closer. “I’m grateful that Knight has a friend like you who understands what he’s going through.”

“I’m the reason he’s not drinking out of a paper bag on the corner,” Terrance joked with a hearty laugh. “Nah, I’m fucking around. He’s a good guy and he’s on the right path. Hey, Knight, picking up a hobby helped, didn’t it?”

I nodded after a drink of iced tea and leaned forward. Now we were getting to the root of why I wanted to have dinner with Lumi and T. I did want them to finally meet but there was something I wanted to tell both of them.
