“I mean…I’ve got enough for you to have seconds and thirds if you’re still hungry.” She grabbed a handful of her ass and I slid my hand over the bottom half of my face.

“I’m going to take you in this house and you’re going to tell Noa you’ll be late to the party. Got it?” I searched her eyes and she nodded emphatically.

When she tried to stand up, her legs wobbled and I watched, admiring my work. “Asshole,” she quipped.

“Don’t complain when you were just screaming my name.”

“Shut up, Devanté,” she laughed.

“Nah, I’m fucking with you. I got you, Blake.” I picked her up and tossed her over my shoulder then headed for the house.

“I’m going to fall!” She whined, her voice breaking in spots still worn from our session.

“You’re not going to fall. Shut up.” I slapped her ass and she giggled before letting her head fall forward, sending a river of shiny black hair down my back.

When I walked in with Blake over my shoulder, Noa stopped at the foot of the steps with wide eyes and parted lips. She blinked a few times then shook her head to jumpstart her thoughts. “Um…wow guys. Would you look at that? It’s time for me to go. Molly texted me and I’m gonna meet up with her before the party.”

“Okay girl,” Blake said from behind an ebony curtain of hair. “I’ll see you at the party.”

“Uh-huh…looks like you’re about to have your own party.”

“Definitely more of an afterparty,” I smirked, gripping Blake’s thighs.

“Ooh…I knew it. I knew you two were out there being nasty.”

“Get out, Noa!” Blake laughed. It was a loud burst of yellow that made me smile.

“Okay, leaving. Leaving.” She held up her hands and rushed to the kitchen to grab her things. I carried Blake upstairs and tossed her on the bed before climbing between her legs, dotting her dewy skin with kisses.

“No more silent treatment until we’re officially married.” I nipped her lips.

“Officially?” She lifted an eyebrow at me, the corners of her mouth twitched.

“Yeah, we already got married once. That Ring Pop was legally binding.”

“Oh my god.” Her laugh was perfect. I slid the tip of my nose along the curve of her neck and shut my eyes when she shuddered at my touch. “I still have the Ring Pop you gave me a couple of weeks ago.” Her confession was quiet.

“You do?” I couldn’t hide my smile if I wanted to.

“It’s special.”

“I can’t wait to give you a real one.”

“How are you so sure we belong together forever, Devanté?” Her arms draped around the back of my neck.

“Because…I’ve known you forever and it’s always been you.”

Stars danced in her eyes as she pulled me down for a kiss. It was a kiss that led to us making love until time stopped existing. Well, it stopped existing until her alarm went off letting us know it was time to get ready for the party.

“Yo, where’s your ex?” I asked while Blake did her hair in the bathroom.

“I kind of put him out.”

“Kind of?” I quizzed, scratching my head. “Sounds like there’s a story behind it. I’m listening.”

“You sure you want to hear how crazy I went?” She chuckled.

“I asked, didn’t I?” My phone buzzed in my pocket and I glanced to see my realtor, Shantel emailed me the closing papers for the house I saw in Marina del Rey.
