"I'm a man of the world."

He gives me this brilliant smile and I can't look away. We're still holding hands and as we walk towards the beach I realize I'm starting to feel all hot and bothered. It feels nice to have a man as good looking as this one beside me.

"Do you act as a tour guide often?"

"This is the first time. You've inspired me with your beauty and grace."

"I see you're a smooth talker as well."

We both laugh at that and I feel him squeeze my hand lightly. It feels right, being next to him, and I'm trying hard to keepmyself from doing something silly, like falling for this guy. I'm only here for a week.

"Tell me about your stay here so far? Did you like your room?"

"Oh they upgraded me to a suite, so I have all this space to myself. I love it. I might stay there during all my free time."

"Nope, that's not happening, my beauty. We're going exploring whenever you have free time. Leave it to me, you'll have the best adventure you've ever had in your life."

I'm having the best adventure right here, right now, but I stay quiet. I'm already drooling with his flirty words to me.

"Are you working on anything interesting right now?"

"Um, I'm between books. Sometimes the muse leaves you and it's hard to get back to the writing."

"Then this break is the best thing for you, my beauty."

"I'm not beautiful."

"I'll have to disagree with you. I think you are the most stunning vision I've seen in all my life. As a matter of fact, I…"

We stop walking and he looks down at me. It feels like he's going to confess something to me, but he stops himself. His stare is making me hot all over and I wish he'd just kiss me already. Instead, he tugs my hand and pulls me towards a bench that I didn't even notice was there.

"Let me tell you about this beach retreat. It's a family business, but they've had some dark times."

As he tells me about the history of the hotel I listen intently to everything he has to say. He seems to be proud of these owners and talks highly of them. He speaks with passion and it's contagious.

"I'm sorry. I get carried away when I talk about this place."

"It's almost as if you have a stake in its success."

"Sometimes it feels like it. Tell me about this modeling you do. Any Victoria's Secret catalog I need to see?"

I blush and fan myself trying to cool off. There's an attractive man flirting with me and I'm on vacation – sort of – so I'm living my best life right now.

Chapter 4

Dominic

The few hours I spent with Lulu yesterday were out of this world. She's smart, beautiful and looks adorable when she's blushing, which was most of the time because I was flirting like a madman. I don't know what it is about her, I'm spellbound.

The flirting flowed easily with her when it's never been like that with other women. She's just woken that part of me that wants to play and have fun. In short, she's special, and I want to spend the most time possible with her while she is here.

This morning I sent her a bouquet of flowers. I know it's too much, too soon, but I couldn't help myself. She deserves beautiful things, and I think I'm the one to give them to her. I'm waiting at the lobby for her because I didn't want to go directly toher suite for her. It's on the same floor as mine and I don't want her to know who exactly I am. Not yet, anyway.

As soon as the elevator doors open I see her smiling face turned towards me. I run up to her while giving her a once over. She looks fantastic and is in a bathing suit. It's hidden under a cover up, but it's practically see through.

"Hey, good morning."

"Hi, Dominic."
