My thoughts and reflections:
Just taking a moment to thankThe Guideand the Universe.
I was going through those (wonderful) affirmations and Cara heard me saying how grateful I was for gratitude, and she said, ‘You are enough, Alice. You’ll make it through. One step at a time. Hour by hour.’Then we had a good chat about manifesting, and about what a twat Harry Piles is and she told me not to stress about the Discovery series and to think laterally and in terms of damage control. She also told me if I needed anything, anything at all, I was just to tell her, and that I wasn’t alone. So I confessed I was a bit worried about not looking fresh-faced today, and she said, ‘Say no more; the perimenopause is a bitch,’ and literally gave me her Charlotte Tilbury Magic cream! To keep! So grateful. (Obviously I’m not perimenopausal and Cara is a lot older than me – she’s on eHarmony – but what a gift.)
And I would like to make it clear that I am totally on board, and indeed grateful for the ‘challenges’ that came up today because, well, they’ve come from the Universe! And she’s the Boss!
Anyway, in the face of adversity I offer serenity and thanks. I exude positivity and I attract positivity and I’m super gratefulfor all these experiences – I welcome the twenty per cent workforce reductions and am sure it will be a valuable and affirmative process and a super opportunity for personal growth.
So, I’m really up for – and very much deserving of – that plentiful harvest!
My intention is:
To reap a really plentiful harvest of sex in Bacchanalia!

A poor worker blames their tools;
A Guided manifester values their jewels.
If you are not having the results you hoped to, don’t make the mistake of looking to find fault in the Universe – it isn’t there. Instead, review the way you manifest.
And remember, it’s better to do something, than nothing, as William Blake says:‘Manifesting**** is an eternal delight, and he who desires, but acts not, breeds pestilence.’
