"Sore throat?"
I close my eyes and screw the lid back on my water before turning to see Colton grinning at me. He's tall, at least six feet four inches, and I'm wearing heels.
"Listen, I know you did that back there to piss my boy off."
I keep my expression blank as I shake my head. "I don't know what you're talking about."
Colton steps closer and leans down so he's in my personal space—not that it matters, considering I can still taste him.
"Listen, Blue Eyes, I'm down for a blowie as much as the next guy, but Jagger gets territorial about his property. You could cause a fucking war."
Property? War?
"Good thing I'm not his fuckingpropertythen, isn't it?" I clear my throat and go to move past him, but Colton reaches out to grip my wrist, bringing it close to his lips.
"Oh, you belong to one of us, sweetheart. You're too pretty to be running around here with that dripping tight cunt and expert tongue."
My stomach flips at his words, and when he steps closer, I don't do anything to stop him.
The seductress is being seduced.
"Maybe I should eat you out against this vending machine," Colton murmurs, stroking my cheek as he smirks. "Now I've tasted you, I want more."
Damn, the idea of him shoving my skirt to my waist and eating my pussy is enough to make me almost beg for it. But then my eyes connect with a particular emerald pair, and they don't look friendly.
"Molly." Jagger stares at Colton, his hand outstretched to me. "Come here.Now."
Who the fuck does he think he's talking to? I'm not a fucking pet.
"I'm busy." I turn my attention back to Colton when Jagger laughs, sending an icy cold trickle through my core.
"When you've finished fucking Colton, Lawson is looking for you."
My blood turns to ice, and I gasp, shoving Colton aside as he watches with amusement.
"Who's Lawson?" Colton asks, crossing his arms.
"Her boyfriend," Jagger answers, staring at me with fury. "Ain't that right, darlin'?"
"Where is he?" I demand, my eyes wide. Lawson is too old for high school and can't be here. Is he outside, waiting for me?
My God...I thought I had a few days!
"Come with me," Jagger commands, turning away from me and striding out of the canteen. "I’ll show you."
I glance at Colton, but he's already talking to another girl, his hand on her hip.
I need to stay away from these boys.
I hurry after Jagger and see him disappearing through a door near the office, and my heart screeches to a stop.
Is Lawson in the building?! He can’t be!
Without thinking, I sprint after Jagger, almost tripping when I'm met with a spiral staircase. The door closes with aresounding thud behind me, and I remind myself that on the other side is a school hallway, an office—people.
Lawson can't do anything to me here.
Plus, Jagger is here. Not that that means anything because he's as sick as Lawson is. My stomach twists at the thought of LawsonandJagger being down here, but I force my feet forward, following the curve of the steps until I face a dark room.
