“What?” I asked confusedly.

“You showed Finn around yesterday.”

“Oh, yeah. It was good. Was it good for you, Finn?” I looked at him and he smiled.

“It was… Yeah, it was good.” Our eyes met, and I couldn’t pull my gaze away.

“You two are so weird. I’m getting back to the budget for Annie. I need your lumber numbers, Finn.”

“Won’t be much. We have most of the sets. All I’ll need is a lot of paint. But I’ll pull them out later this week and tell you if I need to fix anything. Cool?”

“Sure.” She looked from me to Finn. “Huh… Alright, I’m gonna just… go back to my desk.”

“Good morning.”

“Good morning.”

“Can I… I think I should show you something in the theatre before I get to work. You have time?”

“Yeah… I’m… Sure.”

I walked out the door and could feel him behind me. We walked through the lobby and into the theatre. I walked across the stage and could feel him just a step behind. As soon as we walked through the wings and into the backstage area, I turned and took him in my arms.

“You ok?”

“Yes. You?”

I bent down and pressed my lips to him. He melted in my arms, and I pressed him tighter into me. I slid my tongue against his, and he sighed as our kiss deepened. His hand pressed against my chest, and I felt his fingers slide down until He found the bottom of my shirt. His hand slid against my bare skin. I moaned into him.

“I knew it!” Buffy screamed way too happily.

Finn and I quickly broke apart.

“Oh, no. Don’t stop because of me. I have things to do.” She turned and walked back to her office with a pep in her step.

“Your sister is…”

“Happy. I think she’s happy. It’s very annoying.” I smirked.

“It’s sweet.”

“What are you doing tonight?” I asked, stepping closer to him once again.

“Nothing.”

“Do you want some plans? We could… I mean, we could grab some food and you could come over to my place.”

“Oh… Ok.”

“Yeah,” I pulled him into my arms again. “I mean, we could be alone and get to know each other better.”

“How much better?” He blushed.

“Much better. Why the hell not, right? We’re adults and I… You’re really beautiful.”

“You’re too hot. It hurts to look at you.”

“So tonight?”
