“Okay, let’s go,” Macy said, pointing toward the door.

“What are you? A greeter somewhere, pointing toward the door, and why are you so chipper this early in the morning?” Adley grumbled, following her sister and mom out the door.

“One, it’s not that early. It’s eight a.m. and I’m hungry. Justice left a notethat he and Ian were at the clubhouse and to join them when we wanted breakfast,” Macy said, sticking her tongue out at Adley.

“Real mature. I need coffee, and then I can wake up fully and function,” Adley said. She appreciated her mom staying out of it and just being quiet. Why couldn’t Macy be quiet? Instead, she was all sunshine and smiles this morning. Ugh.

Macy held the door to the clubhouse open. Adley hadn’t been back here before. To the right appeared to be the kitchen, and to the left, there was a small hallway where music was coming from. Ruth and Charlie were standing there, and Charlie was filming whatever was inside the room. Ruth motioned them down the hall. Adley walked over and turned toward where they were staring.

Oh my!Adley was pretty positive she must be dreaming because nothing had prepared her for the sight of four hot, tattooed bikers in shorts and tennis shoes working out. Justice had on his hat as always. Tack was right beside him, along with a couple other bikers whose names Adley didn’t remember.

They must have been working out for a while because there was sweat dripping off Justice’s chest. The music rolled into the next song,Boot Scootin’ Boogie, and all the men dropped to the floor in a plank position.

“It’s like those videos you watch, Adley,” Macy said.

“Screw you. You watch them too,” Adley replied.

Ruth chuckled. “I’m just glad I’m only related to two of them. I wiped poop fromtheir butts, but the other two, Stinger and Sledge, are fair game for me to use in my fantasies.”

Adley tried to hide how much seeing Justice do those moves affected her. The tremble that ran through her when she imagined herself lying underneath Justice couldn’t be stopped.

Macy’s finger swiped her mouth. “I got that drool that was rolling down your face,” Macy whispered.

Adley decided to pay Macy back instead of just telling her off. She grasped the back of Macy’s head so she couldn’t get away, pulled Macy close to her chest, and covered her eyes.

“Payback’s a bitch, isn’t it,” Adley said softly.

“Mom, make her let me see,” Macy whined.

Judith huffed and then stared at Adley until Adley gave in. Adley wished she’d been taping the workout session too. Seeing Justice’s arms strain as he did the moves of push-ups, then launch himself up in the air and clap in between, and don’t get her started on the hip action the men were doing.

When the music switched toPony, Adley wondered if the guys had planned to give them their own Magic Mike type of show. Adley had never been one to watch, but she could see the attraction. Watching Justice had her forgetting all about her concerns about the Saint’s Outlaws and wondering how fast she could convince him to take care of the ache building in her. Adley wasn’t sure how long they all stood there because suddenly the music stopped, and Justice was walking toward her with a grin. Hischest glistened with sweat, and he’d turned his ball cap backwards.

He paused in front of her. “Like what you see?” he asked.

Adley couldn’t form the words because Justice standing this close to her, sweaty and smelling like he’d just satisfied her, had her stunned. She nodded. His eyes blazed with heat. For the life of her, she couldn’t remember why she was keeping him at arm’s length.

“Let me shower, and I’ll meet you in there for breakfast,” he said, touching her lips lightly with his finger before striding across the room. She watched the flex of his buttocks through the thin nylon shorts he wore. When he closed the door behind him, she turned. Ruthy, Charlie, her mom, and Macy were standing there with Cheshire grins on their faces.

“Shut it. You can’t tease me until I’ve had my first cup of coffee,” Adley said, ignoring their laughter at her words.

Did it make her weird that she wanted to offer to lick all the sweat off Justice’s chest and trace his tattoos? Surely not.

Macy’s arm slid around her shoulders. “Here, let me guide you. I know you’re probably Justice-drunk now and wishing you could ditch us all and offer to wash his back… his front… and everything else.”

Adley chuckled, following the ladies into the kitchen to grab coffee. Her mom’s muffins were on the counters, ready to be devoured, along with donuts, fresh fruit, and a breakfast casserole.

Adley filled her plate along with the others and then followed Ruthy and Charlie to the main room to sit at the tables.

Charlie chuckled after she sent the video. “Ariel is going to thank me. The woman not only brought my grandson into the world, but she also dealt with brokering a peace deal with Pit and the night nurse,” Charlie said, chuckling.

“You didn’t tell me there were issues,” Ruthy said.

“Well, I guess the nurse came in at midnight and woke Pit to tell him to get out of the bed. Pit went ballistic because they’re in a birthing suite, which is made for them to all be together. Her bed is a king. He told her to get the hell out of the suite and to send a nicer nurse.”

Ruthy laughed. “Oh, Pit is scary when he needs to be, and when the man is low on sleep, watch out.”

“Right? So, Ariel nicely tells the nurse that they asked for a birthing suite so they’d allbe comfortable and that the suite is made for the father to be able to sleep in the same bed,” Charlie paused, then shook her head. “I can see you all thinking that, oh, Ariel sounds like she was handling it well. But Ariel grew up in an MC with strong women and works for Franks and Daughters Bail Bonds.
