“Thanks, I had a feeling they would be,” Lacy said before turning to Drake and Bobby. “All right guys, I think we’re done for today.”

Going to the small table she’d used to hold her camera bag and other bits and pieces she’d needed close at hand, she opened her camera and took out the memory card. After dropping it into the small container she used to hold the full cards, she slid an empty one in place and closed the camera again.

“Thanks, Lacy,” Bobby said as he approached and greeted Sandy.

“Thank you. I’ll send out proof sheets by the end of the week. I hope.”

Bobby nodded and then he and Sandy wandered off together.

Looking around, she saw that Candace had disappeared, which was all right with her. She wasn’t sure what it was about the other woman, but she’d already decided never to work with her again.

After packing up her bag, she looked for Drake and found him in the center of a cluster of women clamoring for his attention. He patiently gave each one a hug and posed for selfies, wearing that half-smile and expression she could tell was his ‘public face’.

Looking over at the bar and dining room area, she saw it was empty. Keeping half an eye on Drake, she crossed the lobby and noted that they were not open for lunch. Which meant they either needed to call out and have something delivered, or go out and find something to eat.

Either way, she needed food.

“Okay, sweet baby, what do you want to do for lunch?”

Drake’s voice right in her ear had her jumping and twirling in midair. “Oh, shit. You scared me.”

“Language.”

“Yes, Daddy,” she whispered then stealthily glanced around and found that they were alone. “I definitely think we should eat lunch. But the restaurant here is closed.”

Drake smiled at her and lifted her camera bag off her shoulder then rested it on his own. “Okay, so the choices are to call for delivery or go out.”

Lacy nodded. “Seems like.”

“Have your keys?”

She nodded as she reached for the side pocket of the camera bag. “Yep. I have keys and my wallet, so I’m good to go. Shall we ask the desk clerk if there’s something close by?”

Five minutes later, with Drake behind the wheel, they started for the mall that was only a couple miles away.

When they reached the mall that they’d been told had a number of restaurants both inside the main building as well as several around the perimeter of the parking lot, Drake circled the mall before parking in a nearly deserted area at one end of the building.

He could feel Lacy’s questioning gaze on him, but did not answer her unasked question.

“Come on, let’s get a walk in while we check out the mall and find the food court. Stay there and I’ll come get you,” he instructed before taking the keys and climbing from the car.

Though a bit disappointed, he was not surprised that she’d climbed out and was closing the door by the time he rounded the front of the vehicle. He crowded her against the side of the car, his front to her back. Trapping her with his hands on the top of the car on either side of her body, he leaned down until his lips were next to her ear.

“You were very naughty for getting out of the car without my help. Don’t do it again,” he said using his stern Daddy voice.

“Yes, Sir.”

“I prefer ‘yes Daddy’.”

“Yes, Daddy.”

Drake stepped back and to the side, allowing him to spank her ass hard several times.

“Owie,” she cried out softly once he’d finished. Turning, she pouted as she rubbed her ass with one hand.

“No rubbing,” he said, grabbing her hand and holding it as they began to walk toward the mall entrance. “While we’re walking inside the mall we’ll be holding hands. I don’t want you to get lost.”

She sniffed and rubbed her free hand over her cheeks where a single tear had escaped. “Yes, Daddy.”
