I understood the assignment. I fucked her senseless, then ordered room service. I didn’t ask her to talk about it, but she explained she was emotional from the finality of it all, and that made sense. She didn’t seem connected to him but was grieving the relationship.

She apologized, spouting off something about me being a rebound. But honestly, a little part of me was happy that I was the first place she ran to when she was upset. “I’m not sure I’m a rebound if technically you had broken up months ago.”

“Maybe you’re right. I just don’t want you to feel like I’m using you,” she said.

Sighing, I answered, “Are we not using each other?”

She didn’t move from my arms as we lay in bed, but she turned her face to look at me. “So, you’re using me? Hope I haven’t been a disappointment then.” She smirked.

“We were two people needing company, or comfort, who were put in the same place at the same time. I’m using you for companionship, fun, and pleasure.” I kissed her forehead. “So yes, I’m using you. Aren’t you using me for the same?”

She rested her head against my chest again, running her fingers over the skin where her warm breath glided across. “Well, when you say it like that, it sounds wonderful. So yes, I suppose I am using you, too.”

We lay quietly as we watched another holiday movie, a silly new one. She shifted to turn and glance at the alarm clock. “I need to go soon.”

The statement sent a sharp pang to my chest. “Why do you have to leave?” I asked.

Rolling back then straddling me, she leaned, dropping a kiss to my lips. Blood rushed to my dick, but I caressed her hips as she planted small kisses over my face and neck. “Family stuff tomorrow. Thanksgiving.”

I moaned at the soft touch of her lips across my skin, my grasp on her hips getting firmer. “You can sleep over. We’ll set the alarm, and I can have breakfast sent early for you.” I didn’t want her to leave.

“You make it so hard to say no. Don’t you have something to do tomorrow?”

“Nope, remember?”

“I forgot,” she mumbled as she nibbled at my ear. “I’m sorry I forgot, though. Maybe I can make it up to you.” She ground against me, her slick heat running the length of my now throbbing cock.

Pulling her hips closer so I could slide in, she gasped as she lowered onto me. Bracing her arms on my chest, I had a perfect view of her breasts bouncing in front of me as she rode me hard, gasping and panting.

Heat rushed through me as my own release gathered strength deep inside. My hips thrusted to meet hers then her nails dug into my chest. Her skin was flushed everywhere, and her face twisted as she cried out, her channel pulsating around me. “Odin, oh God!”

“That’s it, baby. Take what you need,” I gritted through my teeth as my balls tightened.

Her body went lax, but she was still on my lap. I pulled her up off me just in time to finish in my hand, her warm juices still coating me.

“Oh shit. I didn’t even think about a condom, Odin. I’m sorry,” she said with wide eyes. “I’m on the pill if that helps. And I got tested once I found out about Donald’s affair.”

I used my clean hand to pull her to me, giving her a deep kiss. “It’s okay. Heat of the moment. I’m clean, too, in case you wondered. Let me go clean this up.”

She climbed off me, not bothering to cover herself, so I took my fill of the view as I walked backwards to the bathroom. I cleaned myself up, then wet a washcloth to help her.

Climbing back into bed, she sprawled open for me, closing her eyes as I wiped between her thighs. I couldn’t understand how anyone could cheat on such a woman. She was a sexual Goddess and smart, thoughtful, and successful. I tossed the washcloth to the floor then ran my hand over her soft stomach. “You’re so beautiful.”

“So are you.” Her eyes glistened as she looked at me. “I guess I can stay. But I need to be up early.”

I pulled her close, and she finally pulled the blankets up. I turned the lamp off but left the TV on.

“Hey, this is weird, and you can say no, but if you really don't have anywhere to go tomorrow, why don’t you come with me? You can be my early escape excuse.”

“You want me to meet your family?”

“Never mind. That’s dumb.” She shook her head, nuzzling down into the nook between my arm and chest. “I didn’t mean like ‘hey, meet my folks since we’re hooking up,’ just ‘hey, come eat with the crazies I call family’ since you don’t have anywhere else to go. You shouldn’t be alone on Thanksgiving. But that’s weird. Never mind.”

Kissing her forehead and happy at the idea of having a family to be with for the holiday, I said, “That’s not dumb. It’s kind. If you want me to go, I’d love to.”

She pushed herself up to look at me, eyes wide. “Really?”
