Jaysun:You real petty but I know what yo ass needs

I left him on read, and just as I was about to block him from my Facebook, a video clip popped up. When I clicked on it like a dummy, it was a video of his dick, rock hard as he was stroking it.

Jaysun:Broke dick where? We miss you baby. I’m saving this nut for you. I’m sliding through tonight whether you take my calls or not.

Me: Not even bout to ask if you cool cause clearly you are sick in the head. LEAVE ME ALONE! It wouldn’t be smart for you to show up here ever the fuck again!

After replying to Jaysun’s message I blocked him from my Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. He thought shit was still sweet and it wasn’t nobodies’ fault but my own because we’d get into it and be back fucking in the same day, but not anymore. A whole fiancée was where I drew the line. Them days were over, and I was done with these niggas for a minute. I needed to take some much-needed time to myself before I ended up hurting someone cause Jaysun really just blew the fuck out of me.

I needed to go to the grocery store bad because all I had was granola, rotten fruit, and a tub of vanilla Greek yogurt; the shit was sad. After eating the granola and yogurt, I threw out the fruit then cleaned out my fridge.

I called Claudia a few times to see if she wanted to go to the store with me, but she didn’t answer. Since we live a few doors away from one another, I decided to stop and knock on her door cause last night she told me that she was going back to her place since she was dog sitting.

I knocked a few times, but she didn’t answer. Since it was going on one in the afternoon, I figured maybe she was out in the streets with Ermias. I knew that if she wasn’t, she would’ve been on my line by now cause last night was one for the books. I couldn’t wait until I talked to Claudia because I had to tell herabout her girl Dymond and Darius. My head was spinning with all the stuff we had to discuss.

On my way to the store, I decided to call my dad since I hadn’t heard from him yet.

“Hey, baby girl, what you up to? Your ears must be burning because I was just about to call you.”

“Just checking in. You never sent me the information for the meeting or called me, so I don’t know what time to be at the office or what day.”

“I just got the meeting confirmed for Thursday at two.”

“Okay, cool.”

“You okay? You sound like something’s bothering you.”

“I’m fine, just having one of those days.”

“Do you need anything? Wanna talk about it?”

“I’m good, daddy. I’m on my way to the grocery store, then I’m going to do some shopping on the Gold Coast. Retail therapy always has a way of making me feel better.”

“Okay, baby girl,” he laughed. “You be careful over there. The Gold Coast not as safe as it used to be.”

“I’m already knowing,” I replied.

The Gold Coast was the part of downtown where all the white people shopped at. It used to be “safe” but not anymore. Anywhere in the city you could run into some trouble, times ain’t what they used to be.

“If you need me, you know I’m just a phone call away. Oh, hold on. Pamela wants to talk with you, right quick.”

“Hey sweetie,” Mrs. P said. “Have you talked to that daughter of mine? I been calling her for the past few days, and she just refuses to answer the phone.”

“We went out last night, but I do know that she has a house full of dogs. You know how she gets,” I chuckled. I wasn’t about to tell Mrs. P that her daughter was cupcaking with her new boo.

One thing about Mrs. P and my dad was that they let us do us without keeping tabs on us as long as we checked in with them.

“Her and those dogs,” Mrs. P laughed. “Well, when you talk to her, remind her that she has a mother.”

“Will do,” I laughed. “I just made it to the store. Tell daddy I’ll call him later. Love y’all.”

“Love you too, sweetie.”

After hanging up with my dad and Pamela, I parked in the lot at Trader Joe’s then went inside. It didn’t take me long to grab what I needed from there because the rest of my grocery shopping, I planned to do at Mariano’s. Once I was done with all of my grocery shopping, I went back home to put all of my groceries away then left right back out to go do a little retail therapy.

The Next Day…

I still hadn’t talked to Claudia, so that was confirmation that she must’ve still been with Ermias. After all the shopping I did yesterday, I planned to stay inside and relax today. Cooking was therapeutic to me and today’s menu consisted of fried whole snapper, garlic-mashed potatoes, and broccoli. To drink, I had a tall wine glass of XXL peach Moscato that I refilled and was still sipping on. I was feeling good-good and once I finished cleaning the kitchen, I decided to run a hot bath since my bath was interrupted yesterday by Jaysun.
