One step at a time.
When we get to the willow tree, I pull the bag of Lena’s ashes out of my backpack, opening it.
It’s a beautiful day out here, beneath this tree.
“Nice spot.” Jules winks at me.
“I like it,” I sigh, pursing my lips.
“Are you sure you wanna spread your sister’s ashes where I stuffed you full of cock for the first time?” He sneers, and I bite my lip.
“It’s my favorite place,” I tell him, peacefully. “I think Lena would’ve loved you… And she would’ve loved you loving me.”
He smiles, looking like a work of art beneath this wondrous tree.
And Jules holds my hand while I pour them out, the breeze carrying ash all across the waters and foliage.
“Goodbye, sis,” I mumble, with tears flowing from my eyes. “I forgive you.”
Jules hugs me, kissing my neck. And I rest my eyes, for just a moment.
“Asa… Baby,” he whispers.
“Mm…”
“I want you to know that I appreciate you staying awake for me,” he murmurs. “To keep me safe. And I want to return the favor.”
I lift my face to gaze at him.
“Let me stay awake for you,” he whispers. “You can sleep, and I’ll protect you. Keep you safe.”
My lip trembles. “You’d do that for me?”
I can’t believe this amazing man. That he would even offer to enable my fears like this… It just proves how much he cares for me.
“Of course I would.” He takes my hands. “Because I love you.”
Grasping his face, I kiss him gratefully. “I love you so much, Julian. You’re my dream.”
“And you’re my reality.”
The End.
