Everyone believed her to be some goddess, and Danny was going to prove how wrong they all were when Danny made her bleed.
Raven’s body was strung entirely too tight—between the butt plug, the lingering sensation from the vibrating panties, and her nerves about tonight, she didn’t know whether she was coming or going. She’d been to a number of these parties, with Jess Murray, even hosted a few before she opened Lush. This wasn’t a new scene for her, but it was a new scene for her and Jax together as a couple, and that made her nervous.
She glanced up at him, behind the veil of her mask and the dim lighting. He filled out his suit in a way that had everyone taking notice of him, and Raven loved the fact that they were all curious about him but only she knew the beast that lurked under the poise the suit gave him.
Jax’s gaze had been on the room they were in. His eyes took in everyone and everything, and she tried to see this situation from his point of view.
She’d been a novice once, but her excitement had always overshadowed any nerves she probably should have had. To Raven, she had grown up with the freedom to explore her individuality, and as she got older, her sexuality. Her mom had never tried to impose her beliefs on her but was very open and honest about the outside world. Raven knew she should have the freedom to explore but also understood the outside world wasn’t as accepting as her homelife—but that should never be a reason to hide or deny parts of herself.
Jax had a completely different upbringing; it had been the tension that rode their entire relationship. She would never fit into the neat box Jax had once believed people belonged in—himself included. A part of Raven worried that his old beliefs would pick tonight to rear their ugly heads and hinder the enjoyment that could be found here.
Raven’s hand curled into Jax’s arm, and he turned to face her, a sneaky smile on his lips. They stared at each other for a moment. Raven getting lost in the way his eyes seemed to always be on fire when he looked at her. His hand wrapped around her waist and pushed her back up against the wall, caging her body in with his. The silence stretched between them—even the noise from the other guest at the party faded away as a low electric hum sizzled between them.
“Are you okay?” Jax whispered down to her.
Raven nodded, “I just wanted to reiterate, we don’t have to do anything tonight. We can sit back and watch and even engage with people to see if they could be a fit for a later date. I don’t want you to feel like you need to prove anything.” She gripped the lapels of his jacket, hoping she was clear.
She wanted this to happen but only if he was comfortable. What happened at Lush had been a battle of wills between them—a game of chicken they both lost or won, depending how she looked at it. Raven wanted tonight to be different to make sure Jax was all in because he wanted to be, not because he was trying to prove himself to her.
Jax’s hand cupped her cheek, and she nuzzled his palm—she always loved his touch against her skin. “Are you having second thoughts about tonight?” he asked, concern seeping into the corners of his eyes.
“No second thoughts. I didn’t want to put any pressure on us tonight.” She wanted tonight to be fun. An escape to the lingering problems that were happening outside of these walls.
“No pressure, Rave. No expectations either. Though,” his hand dropped from her cheek to wrap around her throat. He pressed his body flush against her as his knee slid in between her legs.
Raven let out a gasp, knowing exactly where his thoughts were going. She felt the vibration of her panties hit her and a whimper escaped her lips. The vibrating panties had been something she got on a whim, and now she wasn’t sure if giving him control of the remote was the right decision.
“Whatever happens tonight, Rave, you’re going to cum a few times from it and I’m definitely fucking you with those shoes and this mask on.” Jax hit another button, taking the vibration higher, and Raven’s hips moved on their own.
She rode Jax’s thigh in abandonment. Chasing the climaxing that was barreling through her body at a speed that made her lose her breath. A loud, needy moan left her lips, and Jax’s hand released her throat to cover her mouth. “Can’t keep quiet, Ms. Wright?” he taunted as the vibration of the panties went even higher.
Raven gripped Jax’s jacket, her nails dug into his skin, and she was far too gone to care if she had drawn blood as her climax crashed over her body like a tidal wave. She couldn’t breathe anything that wasn’t Jax, and her body shook uncontrollably. Jax’s body was the only thing that kept her upright. She tried to get her bearings, but just like a wave, it pulled her under further, and she had no choice but to let go and ride this out.
She could hear Jax’s voice in her ear, coaxing her. She couldn’t hear the actual words. She had lost all her abilities except touch, and his voice wrapped around her body as surely as if they were his arms.
When she started to come down, she felt Jax’s lips against her skin, a whispered ‘good girl’ made her toes curl, and when she finally opened her eyes—completely unaware that they had been closed to begin with—Jax’s hooded gaze bore into hers. He was sporting a satisfied grin on his face that made her laugh behind his hand.
Jax slowly released his hold on her, sliding his thigh from between her legs and letting his hand fall away from her lips. “Well, that’s already one for tonight. How many do you think we can get for you?” Jax teased. “I want to say ten, but I don’t want to be an overachiever.”
Raven laughed, wrapping her arms around his waist. She kissed him and pulled away quickly before it turned into something more and he ended up inside of her before they made it to the main room.
She felt lighter having climaxed, though her core ached to be filled with something thicker, it had done its job to ease any lingering tension that clung to her skin. She was going to enjoy tonight even if she felt the inklings of someone watching her, even behind the shield of Jax’s body. She ignored it, knowing that everyone was watching everyone tonight and she was just being paranoid.
The host called for everyone’s attention, and they turned to face Jess. They were being let into the main room, and as soon as they crossed those doors, there would be no going back for them as a couple.
Raven held out her hand for Jax, and he took it, bringing her hand to his lips. “You remember the safe words?” she questioned one final time.
He nodded. “Red for hard stop, and fly to go if we both want something.” His gaze looked at the people walking ahead of them before he returned to Raven. “I really hope we can fly tonight, Raven.”
Danielle walked behind a couple who seemed to know what they were getting into tonight. Danielle still hadn’t decided if it was a good idea or not to be here. After the train wreck that happened between her and Raven, Danielle needed something to get her mind off of it, and this invitation seemed like the best idea at the time. Now that she was here, walking into a room with a long table that looked like it could fit twenty people and currently had four very naked bodies on top of the table, Danielle was second-guessing her decision-making skills.
“You can sit anywhere you want.” The voice startled a small yelp out of Danielle. She hadn’t realized she had stopped walking, and when she turned around, she saw two women, a redhead and a blonde, smiling at her. “Is this your first time here?” the redhead asked, and Danielle found herself relaxing at the easy smile on the woman’s face.
“Is it that obvious?” Danielle fidgeted with her hands.
“A little bit,” the redhead chuckled. “But we were nervous our first time too. Come,” she gestured to three empty seats closest to the host with a clear view of who was coming into the room—not like it mattered much, Danielle didn’t recognize anyone with the masks on.
They took their seats while people trickled in. Danielle did her best to ignore the naked body in front of her, but she had nowhere else to look that wouldn’t make her stand out. Thankfully, her newfound friends took pity on her and roped her into their conversation.
