This shouldn't take long. Go in, put a bullet in them, and then head home where I can sink into the best pussy in the world. My smile can't be helped; it happens whenever I think of my pauper.
We're just pulling up to the club when my phone buzzes. Jackson's name pops up, and when I open the text, I sigh.
JACKSON: Sorry, Sir.
It's all he says with the picture of Lily walking into The Reformatory. I knew I couldn't keep her away much longer. She's wanted to finish Carmen off for weeks, but I've kept her at bay. It's not that I don't want Carmen to pay because I need that bitch to die, but I'm struggling with allowing my pauper to dirty her hands in that woman's blood.
Liliana is so innocent, and I don't want her to think she needs to prove anything to me. I love her as she is, but at the same time, I know it's her decision, and I don't want her to think I'm trying to control her. However, Lily going behind my back like this will earn her a punishment.
I've been holding off, but I think it's time that she remembers who the real Master is. She may have my heart, but I have her submission in the areas that count. She needs to be reminded of that fact.
"Ah, it's good to see you up and moving around, Jarek," Joey says as I walk past the bar area.
He's sitting in one of the armchairs with Zita on his lap. I lift my brow at the two of them, but then focus on the woman.
"Still holding off on telling me where all your father's hideouts are?" I ask.
Zita's expression changes from pleasant to devoid of anything as she replies, "You know I can't give those up, Sir. I may disagree with his actions, but he's still my father…"
As much as I hate that she's keeping the locations from me, I respect it because Joey's my best friend. She also understands that when I do find Rossi, and I will, he will die by my hand. I was pissed at first, but I guess I would probably do the same thing if I were in her shoes.
It's easy to see whose side she's on, so I don't press the issue. Aside from Fran and Heidi, Zita is Lily's only other female friend, and it took awhile for that bond to form as is. I don't want to be the person to take that from her.
Letting the topic drop, my attention returns to my friend. "Did you see my girl come through?"
Joey's grin grows, and he nods knowingly. "Oh, yeah. Have fun with that."
I smile in return. "I plan to."
Turning, I head for the back of the club and then head downstairs. I hear Liliana's voice immediately. She's already laying in on Carmen. My smile grows even more when I hear the words spewing from her mouth.
"What made you think I would allow you to take what is mine, Carmen? Was I so innocent that you thought I wouldn't retaliate?"
"You were supposed to be dead." It's all that comes out of Carmen's mouth.
I stop just outside Carmen's cell and out of their sight, but Jackson notices me as he stands just inside. We nod at each other.
I won't lie. I want to see how Lily handles this, so I remain hidden for the time being. A smirk plays on my lips as I continue to listen to the conversation.
"You know, Jarek told me what you used to make him do when he was younger, and I have to say, you're a sick fucking woman. If it weren't for everything you did to him, Jarek could have had a good life. He would have known how to treat women, and maybe, just maybe, I would have fallen in love with him all those years ago…"
"Oh, please. Jarek loved the attention he was getting—"
"You were having your friendsrapehim!" Lily rages, and I know I should show myself, but I remain where I am.
"So, what are you going to do about it? You're nothing but a whore who spreads your legs to get paid," Carmen sneers.
I hear a loud slap.
"You're such a fucking bitch!" Lily chuckles cynically. "Jarek doesn't pay me to fuck him. I fuck him because I love him." There's a slight pause before my pauper adds, "And he's a really good fuck. Something you will never know."
Carmen scoffs. "How do you know I've never fucked Jarek? Do you honestly think he would tell you the truth about that?"
After hearing the lie, I can't stand here anymore, so I step into the room. Lily swings around as Carmen's gaze lands on me. There's a smear of blood by her lip as she sits, restrained to the chair.
"I would never touch you, even if we were the last two people on earth, Carmen." I walk up to Lily and press my lips to her forehead. When I see the apprehension in her eyes from being caught, I shake my head subtly. "We'll talk about it later," I tell her before looking at Carmen.
"I don't see what's so special abouther!"Carmen's sour tone amuses me.
