Dear Mr. Prestian,
I am planning to skim through them and respond to anything that I don’t want outstanding since I will be facilitating and have limited access to email tomorrow. As a reminder, we have you scheduled at 8:00 a.m. to kick off the event. Your assistant told me you would be arriving to the island late tonight and will need to leave for the states shortly after the presentation tomorrow. In fact, she asked me to cut the presentation in half so you can be back stateside for another meeting. I think the shortened version will suffice, but your leadership and presentation of the material will be critical in helping the design teams understand the importance of the change.

CHAPTER SIX
The directions to theconference center are well marked, and I’m pleased to see the room has lots of wall space and is equipped with an overhead projector and screen. I quickly set up the exercise boards and call to confirm the food and beverage plan. The resort will bring in bagels, pastries, muffins and fruit each morning, along with fresh coffee, flavored syrups, and assorted creams. Lunch will be provided each day, along with a variety of nuts, cheese, and a fruit platter for the afternoon breaks. The chairs and tables are already set up in horseshoe fashion so everyone can see the overhead screens from their seat. I set up the supply table and look around. I think I’m as prepared as I’m going to be. It’s getting late by the time I get back to my room,change into my robe for the evening and pull out my cell to text Chase.
