I ponder Chase’s response based on my plea for him to keep Mark on the project. I am the one that wanted to make sure he had every opportunity to design this facility using Lean methodologies. His email leads one to believe that his intent is just to pick a pre-drawn design. I decide not to focus on it until he responds and I see what he wants to meet with Chase about later in the day.
