Most of the emails are easy reads and simply informational. The land contract is going well, and there are no issues with the footprint even coming close to property lines. I was hoping to see the soil assessment completed by now, but no news is good news at this point. Jenny has sent me quite a few copies related to metrics on other recent projects, and I quickly respond to those. The last one makes me laugh.

Dear Kate:
I have not seen you for ages! I believe you are working entirely too hard if you no longer have time to spend with your best friend. In fact, as your best friend and need I remind you, boss, I may feel it necessary to renegotiate your contract!!

Jenny,
Katarina and I are planning to be back in the city Thursday. Are you available for a noon lunch at Prestian? I’d like nothing better than to discuss renegotiations of her contract.
Thanks,
Chase
