I slip into my robe while my skin absorbs the moisture and settle into the overstuffed chair to read the latest on designs and cost model associations. We are well under budget having successfully avoided the overbuilding of waiting space and exam rooms. It appears the designers are deliberating over the correct placement of the facility on the land. I send Terry a decision-making tool that includes data around important criteria for patients such as natural lighting, elements minimizing patient steps to services, and total staff footsteps to assist with the final decision. The pinging sound of an incoming email catches my attention.
