“Luci,” she rolled her eyes, “wants to keep the other heirs busy, so we have time together as a pack. Away from the palace.” She stressed that last part.

“How soon do we have to leave?” Jasper asked, looking entirely exhausted. Guess he just got back to Hell as well.

“Not until we’re fully rested and powered up. Luci was rather firm on that one.” Mor had such a smile on her face.

The rest of the demons all looked at her and smiled.

“I can actually power up on blood or Hell power now,” she said with a smirk, and they all deflated.

Except for Justice, he still seemed just as happy. Jax kind of looked terrified.

“Don’t worry boys, I still like the demon way too.” Mor stood up and the demons all stood up suddenly.

“What’s the demon way?” I looked around to them all towering above the table looking starved.

“Why don’t you come back to my room and find out?” she purred.

“He can’t touch you like that,” I heard Jax, but I was staring straight into her eyes.

“Demon’s power up faster when our heart is racing. Sex is most efficient. If you’re not ready for that yet, I totally get it. But if you are in; you’re all in, all the time.”I heard her voice in my head clear, as if she just spoke right in my ear.

“Well, that’s a new power, love. When were you going to tell me about that one?”I tried sending back, wondering if I would get a reply.

“Oh, you can do the talking thing too,”she exclaimed in my head.

“What the hell is going on in here?”I heard Jax rumble. Why the fuck was Jax in my head?

“Jace does the head talking thing, too. Say something, Jace.”She urged me on.

“Hi.”

“Fuck.”

CHAPTER36

MORRIGAN

It felt so good to be back at home with my demons and my vampire. I could feel the pull between us now that the collar was off. It was exactly the same way I felt about the rest of my boys. Hell had shown me enough. I wasn’t even alive anymore. I was a boss ass bitch, with a harem full of incredibly powerful, and incredibly sexy men. My life was good. Except for being half starved.

“No more pack nest,” I started, but was happily and expectantly interrupted by Jasper.

“Cave,” he grumbled.

“I think that means my room gets to be the cuddle room.” I finished.

“Why does it have to be your room?” Jace asked. He hasn’t seen my room yet.

Hell greeted me with quite the surprise when I got back, and I knew everything was going to turn out alright. “Why don’t you come and see for yourself?” I toyed.

Justice and Jasper were on my heels as I headed for my room. Jace and Jax followed along after at a more moderate pace. They were two peas in a pod, if I have ever seen one. The fights between them will be interesting to see. Just as long as they don’t take it too far. Tonight will be a test, no doubt.

I jumped on my overly enormous bed. It went from one wall to the next in its own cove. There was a large space on the floor where my bed used to be. It was like Hell remodeled and expanded while I was gone, knowing that we would need the space when we got back.

“It’s a new cave!” Jasper said excitedly as he lunged onto the bed. It could comfortably accommodate all of us.

Justice got up on the bed, on all fours walking backwards, beckoning us to join him on the bed. I wanted to. I needed just a moment longer for the other two. They sauntered in, Jax coming first, of course. Jace was more hesitant, but I welcomed him in with a smile.

Jax and Jace stood awkwardly side by side. Jax didn’t like to be touched, and Jace couldn’t touch. That was going to be interesting. I closed my bedroom door. Time for a show, I guess.
