I laugh. "You're alwayspoetic,baby."

"Say any more and I'll have to start dirtytalkingyou."

"Anymore."

"Angel, that wasawful."

"But worth it." I stare back into my husband's gorgeous green eyes. "I think Alessandra will support me. I never knowwithher."

"Sheadoresyou."

"Maybe."

"Neither one of ushasto work. Not for awhile."

"Yeah, with your richparents."

He laughs. "No, with my rock star money." His expression brightens. "You fucking love reminding me my parentsarerich."

"You're cuteindignant."

"Amnot."

I laugh. "Aretoo."

"Amnot."

"We're going to go in circles. And you have asurprise."

He whisks me to the kitchen, sets the paper bag on the counter, and pulls out a smallpastrybox.

There are two cupcakes inside. One pink.Oneblue.

"Since we won't know for a while." He splits the pink cupcake in half and brings it tomylips.

I take a messy bite and wipe the frosting offmylips.

He smiles. "Youmissedsome."

"Did I?" Itease.

"Mhmm." He leans in to plant a soft kiss on the corner of my lip. "Here." Then the other corner. "Here." Then he's dragging his lips down my neck. "Not sure, but I think there's somethere."

"Doyou?"

He nods and he smooshes the cupcake against my chest. "Thereisnow."
