ChapterFour

ELIO

Cigarette smoke curledaround me as I waited in the godforsaken heat. The bar’s neon sign flickered above me as I waited for the three men. What the hell am I doing?

Tilting my head back, I stared at the starless sky and blew a cloud of smoke up. Even questioning myself wasn’t getting me anywhere. Closing my eyes, I thought about Sayge and the way he swung around the pole. I’d been captivated. Not to mention how good he’d felt pressed up against me.

“They’re coming out,” Ken said.

I opened my eyes as I lowered my head to look at them. They were laughing and bumping into each other, having fun. It should annoy me that they were taking up valuable time, and yet I couldn’t help but enjoy the sight of them.

The moment their eyes met mine, electricity shot through me. I had the unbearable urge to meet them halfway. Clenching my fist, I tried to understand these new desires.

“Shit, what the hell.” The one in charge of the group jogged forward and grabbed my wrist. His fingers felt warm against my flesh. I studied him as his hazel eyes focused on my hand. He pried it open and tossed the cigarette that had gone out against my flesh. The pain had barely registered.

“Crap, Sayge, give me your water.”

Sayge handed it over as I stood there perplexed. He poured cool water over the burning circle in the middle of my palm.

“You need to be careful.” The man flipped my hand over, inspecting it. I could do nothing but stare at him. A part of me wanted to drag him back home and tie him up, never freeing him again.

Ken cleared his throat, and I dragged my eyes away from the man touching me. He gave me one single eyebrow, but his question was as good as mine. Something about these three men had me acting unusually.

“Calvin,” Dar whispered.

So Calvin is his name, cute.Calvin glanced up, and his hazel eyes were like honey, sticky and sweet. His nose twitched before he suddenly dropped my hand and stepped back.

I took an involuntary step toward them but caught myself. I wasn’t ready for him to be done touching me.

“Are we doing this or what?” Dar asked.

I opened the car door. Calvin grabbed both of their arms, and they all stopped. His gaze traveled over to Ken, assessing him, and for the first time in over twenty years, I wanted to kill Ken.

He caught my gaze and shook his head. However, my mind was already creating ways to take him apart.

“It’s just you, right?” Calvin asked.

I straightened. “Are you wanting more?” Something in my chest tightened. I didn’t like that idea.

“No,” Sayge said.

I relaxed. “No one else but me will be touching you three.”

Each of them looked at each other. Calvin stepped forward first and entered the car. Sayge was right behind him, and Dar was last. He glared at me on his way in, and a thrill danced over my spine. I couldn’t wait to have him in bed.

“Elio?” Ken stared at me, stopping me from entering the car. “Usual hotel?”

Yes should have been the obvious answer, but I didn’t want to dirty up some random sheets. I wanted their cries and screams to bounce offmywalls.

“No. Home.”

Ken stared at me for another second before he nodded. He didn’t question my decision, but I saw his perplexed expression. I was just as lost, but my instincts said I needed to drag them home and tie them down. It might be the monster inside of me, but either way, I wasn’t one to argue with it.

Entering the car, I was faced with three sets of eyes. They sat across from me, and I couldn’t contain the displeasure rippling through me.

“Come here.”

Each of them looked at one another before Sayge was the one to get up. He moved over next to me and gave me a flirtatious smile. It wasn’t real. I’d caught a glimpse of the real desire in his eyes back at the club.
