Alecto inched closer to capture his bottom lip between her teeth.
Blaze chuckled as she nibbled on it. “So hungry. So eager.”
His fingers started moving again, and this time, they were not slow or teasing. No, they were ruthless and determined, his other palm holding her hip tight and pressing it to him as his hips ground against her.
Alecto moaned, letting her eyes shutter closed, and she moved against him, her nails digging into his thighs on either side of her.
“You like to hurt me, don’t you, baby?” His hot breath was against her neck again. “With your nails, teeth, your soft little hands?”
And her words. Her sharp glances. Her tongue.
Alecto nodded frantically because the tension building inside her was about to erupt.
“So cruel.” He chuckled, his breathing ragged now. “It’s a good thing I love it.”
Alecto shattered, her muscles going taut as the pleasure spread from her core, through her thighs, to the very tip of her toes.
Her nails dug deeper, and Blaze also moaned, going still behind her as his release found him.
Alecto fell deeper into his embrace, both breathing heavily, bodies still recovering from the intensity of their shared pleasure.
Yeah, Alecto didn’t want this to end.
Ever.
45
It was the first time he’d woken up to someone else by his side.
And somehow, despite everything that went down between them and everything that was still on the horizon, Blaze didn’t think there was a more perfect person to find in his bed.
He blinked a few times, unsure whether what he was seeing was real.
Whether AlectofuckingBlack really was in his bed, her palms neatly tucked under her cheek, plump lips parted as she slept.
Blaze was afraid to move, to even breathe so he wouldn’t wake her or disturb the spell that surrounded them in their little bubble, the rest of the world far, far away.
But as his eyes scanned her naked flesh, taking in the bruises his teeth left on her neck, another on her shoulder, and even her waist, even though they hadn’t done anything yet…
They didn’tdoanything.
What the fuck?
Blaze frowned at the idea that he had allowed someone to sleep in his bed, yet they hadn’t fucked.
Not really.
Something pinched in his chest, and he turned away, glaring at his ceiling.
Blaze had hurt her, scared her. There was no mistaking the fear and later hatred in her eyes when he left her alone in that forest.
Did the moment they shared at her house change things?
He thought that it did.
Worse, he kind of hoped that it did.
Judging from the fact that Alecto was lying next to him, naked, it meant that it did.
