"No," Brody says sternly, pinching my side. "That's exactly how Ididn'twant you to feel, sprite."

I huff. "Yeah, but—"

"No buts." His hand moves to squeeze my ass. "Well, except this one. I wanted you.Wantyou. I just didn't know how to do any of it. I'm glad Bethany was here to get me out of my own head and tell me exactly what you needed."

"She is a great sex-conductor." I nod seriously. "Hey Brody?"

"Hmm?"

"What aboutyourbutt?"

"I don't follow."

"You said, 'no buts except this one,' and I'm asking—is your ass off the table? Or would you let me fuck it?"

I kind of just want to make him squirm. But when I feel his dick pulse inside of me as his fingers tighten on my skin…"I'll try anything once," Brody shrugs his shoulders like it's no big deal, but I canfeeljust how much he liked that idea.

"I want Brody's ass." Bethany pouts as she crawls over to us, Damien settling in behind her.

"Too late, nymph," I bop her nose. "Finders keepers."

"You didn'tfindhis ass."

"Can we please stop talking about my ass?" Brody sighs, clearly done with our shit.

I ignore him. "Oh! How about, you peg me while I fuck Brody? Huh?" My brows waggle, and Bethany moves to grab her phone, muttering something about finding quality strap-ons.

Damien looks over his shoulder, shaking his head at whatever he sees, and nodding at other options.

Brody's knot deflates, and he grabs the rag from the bedside table before gently cleaning me and kissing my shoulder.

Then I eat my omega's pussy against the wall of the shower, her screams echoing for the whole house to hear.

All-in-all, I'd say my first heat spike was a success.

Chapter 49

Bethany

"There." I take a step back, admiring the giant bow I managed to secure to the piano my parents paid to have shipped to us. Our "pack bonding" present, they called it. Even though we haven't all bonded yet.

That will change soon, though.

My heart pounds in my chest as I look over the black upright piano that now takes up the wall to the left as you walk into the farmhouse—right next to the kitchen door. We can move it to a different room if he wants to, but for now it'll be the very first thing he sees when he walks in. The color of the piano perfectly matches the floating shelves that Kieran made me, which are now anchored in the wall opposite of us.

The piano had belonged to dad's parents, and he only took it for sentimental value—nobody in our family knew how to play.

Well, I can playTwinkle Twinkle Little Star.

"You think that's centered?" Hunter asks from behind me, looking at the piano with a studious eye.

I step back, so I'm shoulder to shoulder with him. There's a photo of Miles and me on the wall above the piano, and it looks pretty centered.

"I think so," I tell him, lifting my chin to meet his eyes as I smile.

"I thinkso too," he grins back, and then his arm wraps around my shoulders. "I meant to thank you for my photo, too. The one you left on my desk."

We haven't had a kiss like the one we shared the night he took me to the station, and it's like I can still feel it tingling on my lips. "We need to take one of all six of us." I try to sound as unaffected as possible despite the blush on my cheeks.
