Life is good. Great.

They arrested Mrs. Lopez the same night they did Pack Hansen, as well as Officer Carlson. Luckily, it looked like Sergeant Wilks had no knowledge of what his nephew was doing, and there's no bad blood between him and my detective.

Pack Hansen gave up everything they had on the Vasiliev family in an attempt to reduce their sentence, and they were able to shut them down two weeks ago. Now they're working on recovering all the missing omegas. Fifty of them were distributed between various family properties, but the remaining are still missing.

They've brought in the FBI to locate the rest of them, and it's like a weight has been lifted from Hunter's shoulders.

Life is good.

Miles andDamien are building sandcastles, while Kieran and Brody are throwing a beach football back and forth.

I've been trying to figure out the right time to reveal my surprise to the guys, I'm quickly running out of daylight. "Well, it's not like I'll be able to fit into it for much longer."

"What does that mean?" He sounds genuinely confused. Hmm. Maybe I shouldn't try to play coy.

I frown, biting my lip. I had wanted to do something cute to tell them, but I couldn't decide on what to do.

"Hey guys? Will you come over here?"

In less than thirty seconds, all my pack members surround me, Miles grabs my hands looking into my eyes. "Is everything okay?" He must be able to feel my anxiety through the bond. I'm sure they all can. And I am anxious. It's not something that we've discussed doing right now.

"Do you guys remember…" I take a deep breath, looking at each member of my pack, "how Miles and I decided that neither of us would get the birth control shot for his heat since I can only get pregnant duringmyheat?" Hunter stiffens behind me, and I feel his realization dawning through the bond.

"Yeah…" Miles says, brows furrowing, and then joy hits me like a freight train. "Holy fuck! Are you shitting me right now?!" He laughs, lifting me up by my waist and twirling me around. "Are you sure?"

I'm smiling so hard my cheeks hurt as I pull out my phone and bring up the photo of three positive pregnancy tests. "See?"

Then, a wide range of emotions pummel me through the bond. Shock morphs to joy, trepidation turns to excitement, and nerves turn to reassurance. I'm swept away by all my alphas, my beta, and my omega, everyone kissing me and hugging me and telling me how happy they are.

"You're not upset?" I ask, still trying to shake my anxiety from earlier.

"Are youkidding?" Brody smiles wide, "This is the best news!"

"This kid is going to have the best dads anyone could ask for," Kieran boasts, elbowing Brody's side.

"Whoever the dad is, I hope they have your eyes," Damien murmurs, pressing a kiss to my cheek.

Then, Hunter spins me to face him. "I think I can speak for all of us when I say that it doesn't matter who the biological father is." Biting my lip, I nod, and his eyes roam down my body, settling on my stomach. "I also believe that I can speak for everyone when I say we cannot wait to see this belly round and swollen, carrying our child."

Fuck.

Heat pools low in my stomach, the area flooding with my scent. "Should we…should we go?"

Miles cackles, grabbing my hand. "Last one to the car has to clean the sand out of the bathrooms and will be late to the orgy!"

My head falls back as I laugh, him dragging me behind him. The guys curse, scrambling into action as they gather up our folding chairs, towels, and beach toys with lightning quick efficiency.

When we reach the car, out of breath from running, he backs me against the car, kissing me senseless as his tongue delves into my mouth. "Fuck, I love you. And I'm going to love this baby so damn much."

"We all will," I smile into his kiss as the rest of the pack loads and piles into the car.

Miles and I are the last in, which when pointed out that there isn't even an orgy without the two of us, the rest of the guys conceded that they'd all work together to get the bathrooms clean.

We told them we'd help too.

What? Life is easier when you do things the way they're supposed to be done.

Together.
