Taylor began moving up and down on John’s cock, and Az could see Gabe’s eyes going back and forth between John’s cock sexily sliding in and out of Taylor and the two men’s faces, where the looks of love and adoration were plain to see.

“They’re so beautiful, aren’t they?” Az whispered in Gabe’s ear. He felt Gabe grip him harder. “So much trust; they know each other completely. So much love and faith in one another. So much care for the other person finding their pleasure.”

With a low moan, Gabe came, his hand working himself through his orgasm. The men heard his stuttered breath and moan and moved faster, making their own sounds of pleasure as they made love to one another.

Gabe’s hand slowed to a stop, and he leaned his head in against Az’s arm, breathing heavily.

“So beautiful,” Az murmured into his ear. “So very beautiful. So very sexy. My Gabriel.”

Then Az did something that he normally never did topside. He knew there were enough demons in the room that they would easily cover it up, but he also didn’t particularly care at the moment.

He stood up, pulling Gabe with him, keeping his head tucked safely into Az’s side, and he let his demonic form surface. His large, black, leathery wings unfurled, and his long, thick, serpentine tail curled around Gabe’s back. He worried what Gabe would think of his demonic form, but he couldn’t seem to stop himself.

Az had never needed someone so much. It wasn’t even sexual; he needed Gabe alone, just the two of them. He needed to be away from all the sex and lust and just be drunk on Gabe’s pleasure.

He curled his wings around Gabe, enfolding them both inside the dark softness, and he portalled them back to Gabe’s apartment.

Chapter19

Gabriel

One minute Gabe was cumming in his pants like a teenager, and the next Az was hauling him up, he was enfolded in darkness, and he had the dizzying sensation of moving even though he was standing still. He closed his eyes, grabbed tightly onto Az, and tried to figure out what was happening.

When the feeling passed, he opened his eyes, and it took Gabe a moment to realize they weren’t at the club anymore. It took him another moment to realize that he was magically cleaned up from his orgasm.

The third moment of realization was much more of a holy shit moment.

Because Az hadwings. Like actual, literal wings. They were dark black and resembled bat’s wings; they looked leathery with tiny, soft-looking hairs on them. They appeared thin but also strong and unbreakable. He looked up at Az’s face to see a look of trepidation, and that’s when he noticed the horns. They appeared to be of the same leathery make-up as the wings, and yet they looked solid but soft to the touch.

Gabe reached his hand hesitantly forward, and he felt something tighten around his waist, which was when he realized, holy shit, Az also had a tail. He looked down at it. It was about as thick as his forearm where it reached out from behind Az, and it thinned to eventually be the size of a thick finger at its tip. It was dark black, smooth, and serpentine.

Gabe’s hand switched direction from moving toward Az’s horns to reach down to stroke his tail. It was warm, smooth, and gently rippled under his hand. He heard an inhalation from Az, and he looked up at his face again. He reached toward Az’s wings then, carefully watching his face.

Az made no move to stop Gabe, simply staring at his face, so Gabe reached over and gently ran a fingertip along the wing. It was soft and supple, the tiny hairs that almost tickling his finger. It was kind of a sexy feeling, which Gabe realized was kind of an odd thought coming from him, but he was finding a lot about Az sexy lately.

He reached up and gently caressed Az’s horns, and Az’s eyes closed, the worry finally leaving his face as a look of pleasure crossed it.

“Does that feel good?” Gabe whispered.

Az opened his eyes again, looking into Gabe’s face, the nervous look back.

Gabe didn’t like Az looking nervous. He didn’t want Az scared or upset or unhappy. He would rather take that unhappiness on himself.

Gabe realized that was exactly what Az had been doing for him. Every day in class, Az stepped in just as Gabe was reaching his breaking point. Every morning, Az reassured him and comforted him and let him know hownormalwhat they did was, when Gabe had always felt anything but normal when it came to sex stuff. They had been practically attached at the hip every single day, and the thought of not being with Az was actually a physical ache that made him want to grip his chest.

He knew he cared about Az. He had cared about both his previous partners that he had been sexual with, but those feelings were ghosts in comparison to how he felt about Az.

Gabe loved how Az made jokes when he was stuck in his head; he loved how Az had looked for his parents in the afterlife just because Gabe was worried; he loved how Az was constantly touching him in little ways, just to let Gabe know that he was there.

In a finalholy shitmoment, Gabe realized he loved Az.

He wasn’t justfallingfor Az; he had crash landed straight into love. He felt a little bruised and broken knowing that he was in love with a demon, because how could that ever work out? Gabe wanted to cry thinking about the impossibility of it.

But then there was Az’s face, and that look of nervousness, and Gabe knew his demon was unsure about revealing his form to Gabe. He couldn’t take seeing that look on Az’s face. His Az was confident, and sweet, and funny, and always comforted Gabe. His Az wasn’t meant to look unsure and nervous.

“I love you,” Gabe whispered, and he reached up to cup Az’s face.

Az stared at him, astonishment replacing the fear that had been in his eyes.
