"Yeah, we've got a shitload of stuff on this guy. I wonder if we should call Noam and have him handle this. They could at least hold the guy, couldn't they?" Trenton glanced up at them.

"Yeah, but there would be questions about where the evidence came from. You know there would. Someone would ask questions that no one could answer. We can't put Noam in that position." Carter sat back down with a heavy sigh. "I can try and watch him once he lands in Michigan, but honestly, it's too far away for me to do much until he gets back online again and starts posting. I'm not inside any of his computers. It's going to take time."

"Time we don't have. Get the evidence together. I'm doing this tonight." Beau turned and started out of the room.

"What the fuck? You can't do a sting." Carter was on him fast, gripping his arm and turning him around. "No way. Bryon will have your ass."

"I know what I'm doing. I'm the one who taught the others how to castrate. I'm the one who brings you the drugs to take the guys down. I just have to figure out a way inside, and honestly, at this point, I'll knock on the door and shove my way in if I have to." Beau was determined that this man not get away.

"No way. If something goes wrong or if you get caught, Bryon and the rest of the team would kill us all. I'm sorry, Beau, but there is no way." Trenton stood beside Carter looking just as horrified at the idea.

"Then I go alone. Get me the address." Beau pushed past them. He needed supplies that he had stashed in the medical room.

"Beau, you're nuts. This isn't possible. We haven't had time to stake out the home. We don't know if he's in there alone. We don't know if he has dogs, or even security cameras in the area." Carter followed after him. "You know when we do stings we've planned them for days, sometimes weeks. We can't just go in."

"You did for Faith. You went in the same night you found her." Beau kept walking.

"That was different. There were kids on site," Carter argued.

"And we don't know if there are any on site now. There could be. I'm doing this. With or without your help." Beau shoved the door to the medical room open and went over to the medicine cabinet.

"Beau, stop. You can't do this. Do you know how much training the guys have to do this? Sure, you can handle the cutting and shit, but there's so much more to it," Carter yelled.

"I know that. I'm here every night watching them go down. I hear the horror stories. I'm the one that has to deal with the fallout when they go wrong. I know how serious this is. But this asshole hurt my kids. This pedophile raped and God knows what else a ton more children that we might not even know about. I'm not letting him get away. We'll lose him. You know we will. Bryon hates working out of town, especially for just one man. You know this. Listen, I'll be okay. I'll take the chances, take the blame if I get caught. I know the risk." Beau set a bottle of liquid on the table and took a deep breath. "Please, I'm begging you and Trenton to help me. It will go easier with your help, but even if you both refuse, I'm going to do this."

"We don't have to give you his address."

"Then it will take longer while I find it. I know his name, I know where he worked. I can track it down. You're not the only one with computer skills, Carter. I do know other people."

"I want this guy as much as you do, trust me, but—"

"Fuck that! Did you see the kids when they came into the hospital? Have you seen how scared they are now? You don't know." Beau was pissed.

"I do know." Carter got right in Beau's face. "I watched it fucking happen. I watched it so many times I want to wash my eyes with bleach to erase the things I've seen. I've heard the kids scream, watched them cry, and worse, watched when they no longer react. I do fucking know." Carter shoved him hard before turning and walking out of the room.

Beau took a deep breath as he leaned back against the table. He pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to calm himself. Carter was right, he had seen a lot more than Beau ever had. He'd been out of line saying that to Carter of all people. Every member of the team saw different things, none worse than any other. They all had stuff they would never forget, stuff that would haunt them till the day they died.

He needed to apologize, but first, he needed to grab what he would need for a sting. He didn't have dark clothes, but it didn't matter. He had gloves, a tube, a knife, a torch, and the medicine to subdue a person. He'd need to find something to cover his face, but other than that, he was good. He was going to do this, with or without help.

He gathered everything he needed and headed downstairs, setting everything on the living room table. He heard Trenton and Carter talking in the kitchen, but he couldn't make out what they were saying. He slowly made his way in. "Hey, Cart, I'm sorry. You're right, and I had no right to say what I did to you. I couldn't do your job. It would kill me. I'm sorry I for what I said."

Carter set his burger down on the table and stood. "I get it, I really do. We all see things. I know right now with you trying to adopt these kids, you're even more on edge about all this. We understand. We want this guy too, but not at the risk of losing you or the team. It's too big a risk to take."

"I get that, but I can't sit here knowing that at nine tomorrow morning, he's gone. I'm willing to take this risk. Let me go in and take him. Gather what you can for me and let me do this. I promise I'll be in and out quickly. I'll call you and let you call the cops once I'm gone. Looking at the photo, this guy has to be nearly sixty. If I can't handle him, then I have no right being part of this team. I've trained with you guys. I might not have the training that the others do, but I can shoot, I can fight, I can make sure I don't leave evidence behind." He didn't even bother to mention cutting. They all knew he could do that.

"Bryon will have our asses." Trenton sighed.

"He'll have my ass. You just tell him I walked in, took what I needed and left. You don't have to tell him you were involved at all." Beau reached for a bottle of water out of the fridge.

"Right, then he'll kick our ass for not protecting you." Carter glanced at Trenton who gave him a slight nod. "Fine, we'll help, but I swear to God, Beau, if you get hurt, get caught, or have anything go wrong, I'm personally going to kick your ass. For the record, this is the stupidest thing you've ever done."

"Maybe, but when I hold his cock in my hands and hold it in front of his face, knowing he'll never hurt another child, then it will be worth it. When I can go home and tell my soon to be kids that one of the men who hurt them will never hurt another child again, it will be enough." Beau downed the water in several gulps. "Okay, walk me through what you know. I want to get this done."

CHAPTER NINETEEN

Beau parked several houses away from the man's home, looking around the neighborhood, making sure no one was out. It was well after midnight, and as far as he could tell, all the lights in the man's house were off. Hopefully, he was asleep. That would be the easiest way to take him.

He took several deep breaths, trying to calm his nerves. Once he'd convinced Carter and Trenton to help him, he'd been doing his best to keep his nervousness and fear hidden. He was way in over his head, but it didn't matter, this had to be done.
