"We have proof he's a pedophile, correct?" Xander asked. "Not just a porn-sharing creep, but he actually participates in the activity?"

"Correct." Carter nodded. "We have pictures and I'm told one video of him actively participating. I've personally seen the pictures but did not ask the Denver team to send the video. It's available if any of you want it."

Bryon didn't have any desire to see it, but he waited a moment before speaking to make sure no one else did. When he saw others shaking their head, he nodded. "Will the congressman have security with him?"

"From what we have found, he will be on his own. With the hotel floor being secured for guests only he isn't worried. Most congress members have their own privately hired security when needed but don't use them unless they deem there is a threat. We're assuming Congressman Jenson won't want anyone else around tonight to risk finding out about his illegal activities," Matt informed them. "Also, my fake profile was talking to someone who has been to a few of Wagstaff's parties before. He rents out the whole floor of the hotel so men can take the children back to their suite for private time if they choose. He claimed some of the men enjoy passing children around, others pick one and stay with that child all night."

"Sick fucks," Noam cursed.

"If we're still going in, we'll be there soon after everyone arrives. Our goal is to keep any of the children from being hurt. We want to take them down before the party gets started," Kacey said.

"Will the children see you do your thing?" Geo asked.

"No." Xander met Geo's gaze. "Archer is going to gather the kids in another room once we have control of the situation. We'll lock them in that room for the police to find once we are gone and call for several ambulances. We assume the hotel will try to keep responding units from the floor, but someone will have to go up and investigate. We'll make sure when we call it in, we stress there are children there who are in danger and men dying if they don't get medical help soon."

Geo nodded.

"I don't think the risk of going in is any higher because of the congressman, but I do believe the investigation after will be stronger because of it. That's why I want to vote again now that we have this information and make sure everyone is still willing to do this." Bryon looked around. "I know we're going to be back in California soon, but don't think for a minute that they won't link the castrations here to what we do back home and the other team in Denver. It will draw attention to both teams."

"I feel like the teams are safe once home. It's being here and getting back home that I worry about," Noam said.

"I think we're safe here at this house, but you're right, driving or flying back could be dangerous if they're watching the roads. That's why we'll wait a few days here to let things cool down. They don't know who they're looking for. Could be one man, could be a team, could be anyone. We play it we're just a bunch of guys who are here for a bachelor party and to pick up our nephew to bring back with us." He nodded to Geo. "Xander got his tattoo from that famous artist, which shows he had reason to be in town. Danny will back us up that he loaned us his home for a bachelor's getaway. I honestly don't think we're going to encounter any problems." Bryon looked around the room. "Vote, who says we go in?"

Again, everyone raised their hands.

"No one has any hesitation?" he asked.

Nobody said a word.

"Okay, then we go in this afternoon as planned. Be ready to leave here around three." Bryon looked at Carter. "Call Trenton and Dyson and let them know our plans."

Carter nodded. "I will. They're already hacked into the emergency database and will watch the response for us. Trenton has hacked into the hotel security system and will work on making sure we aren't caught on any camera feeds that I might have missed."

"It takes a team." Matt smiled.

"And we're a great one," Carter agreed. "I've got a few more things to get done. Yell if you need me."

"Thanks, but I think I'm going to go call Becca and get my mind in the right state before we go in." Bryon stood.

"Tell her I miss her cooking," Carter called as he headed out the door.

"Don't we all?" Bryon sighed, then looked at Geo. "You going to be okay? Did listening to all this make you more nervous?"

Geo shook his head. "Not really. You guys know what you're doing. I'll be okay. I'm going to go hang with Xander for a bit." He stood. "Thanks for not treating me like a kid and allowing me to hear everything. It makes it better. I'd be more scared if I didn't know what was going on."

"That's the main reason I let you hear it all, but also because you've been hurt by men like this and I want you to know that someone has your back. Someone will make men like the one who hurt you pay for what they did." Bryon gripped Geo's shoulder. "It's going to be okay. Tomorrow, we'll all be swimming and lounging around as if nothing happened."

"I hope so." Geo gave him a weak smile and walked out of the room.

Determined that the night would go off without a hitch, he reached for his phone. Hearing Becca's voice would ground him. She would remind him that the world wasn't an evil place, and while they might be breaking the law, if they didn't, the bad guys would keep taking kids. Someone had to stop it and his team would do just that.

CHAPTER TWENTY-SEVEN

Out of everything they had to face tonight, getting into the hotel and onto the floor where the party was being held was the one thing Bryon worried about. Once they got to the floor and into Matt's room, he was sure they'd be okay. They'd consider going up the employee elevator on the other side of the building, but they decided they'd draw more attention there than in the public elevator.

If they'd been home with all their equipment, Carter could make them each an elevator key, but since they were out of town and didn't have their usual supplies, they decided to risk all of them going up the public elevator. Hopefully, security wouldn't be paying much attention. The public had use of the elevator, but it took a key to get up to the floor where the party was being held. It was only two floors above where the public had access, so unless security was paying close attention, they probably wouldn't notice the five of them. It was a risk, but one they had no choice but to take.

In the lobby, they blended in with the rest of the patrons. Most people weren't wearing Covid masks, but there were enough wearing them that the team didn't draw any attention to themselves. They wore dress clothes, making them blend with the businessmen in the lobby. It was also a far cry from what most of them wore on a normal day.
