Dean was up to something…

When we went to bed last night after a couple of rounds of Call of Duty, he still looked like shit.

“You want to tell me why the fuck you’re so happy all of a sudden?” I scoffed, crossing my arms over my chest as I tried to put the missing pieces together.A good night’s sleep could do many things, but this? A complete one-eighty?

“Want to tell me when you started fucking Madison?” He replied with a mouthful of half-chewed cereal. How did he—

“I—What?”

Dean gestured his head down the hall to his room, and I arched a skeptical brow before stepping away from the kitchen to peerthrough the cracked door. There, face down in the middle of his bead, was a gorgeous white blonde bombshell, bare ass and all—Madison.

What the fuck?

I turned to stare at Dean in confusion, and he just gave me a casual shrug before dropping his empty bowl into the sink.

“I got under someone—over actually, same thing though.” He joked while wiping the corner of his mouth with his thumb before stepping towards me in the hall.

I should have been pissed off with him, but all things considered, this made it easier to bring up the discussion that had been gnawing at me for the past week.

“Before you ask—she broke into our apartment looking for you.”

I blew a breath out of the corner of my mouth as my eyes locked back on Madison, sleeping peacefully.

“Okay, yeah, so we’ve been fucking for a while… a long while, admittedly…”

“And you’re not mad about this?” He questioned, resting his shoulder against the wall as we whispered our conversation just outside the bedroom.

I shrugged before mirroring his position on the opposite side of the door, crossing my arms just like him—two friends in a casual discussion about a naked woman less than ten feet away from us.

“What’s there to be mad about? She’s not my girlfriend.”

From the beginning, I had been open-minded about where my relationship with Madison would go, and knowing that she placedherself between us without me having to ask made the conversation that much easier to bring up.

“Yet… I feel like there’s a‘yet’that you’re forgetting to add.”

Alright, let’s just rip this band-aid off right now.

“Would it be too far out there to consider… sharing her?” I cringed at my own words, a part of me wondering if I had just fucked up, bringing this suggestion into play.

Dean didn’t immediately answer, simply staring at me as if I had grown a second head within the last fifteen seconds of our conversation.

“I mean…” He scratched the back of his neck, dropping his eyes to the floor before peering back inside the room. “Can we?”

I quietly laughed, biting my bottom lip to avoid being any louder.

“Dude, I’d much rather that she fuck you than some other random asshole on the street.”

“What about feelings?”

“What about them?”

“You told me you were catching feelings for a woman you were sleeping with; clearly, that woman is Madison.”

He wasn’t wrong. I had caught feelings for her. What would happen when feelings grew between the three of us? Dean for Madison and Madison for the both of us.

Would I be okay with them loving each other as long as she loved me all the same?

“I am—I did, but that’s something we can deal with at another time; right now, the important question is… can we share her?”
