I groan and take the vitamins, chasing them with the smoothie. “You’re full of it.”

“You’re growing three people. That’s hot.”

I roll my eyes, but the warmth in my chest expands.

The front door bursts open and Sunny comes racing in first, tail wagging, tongue out. He bolts over and places his chin on my thigh, giving me his best puppy eyes.

Logan decided it’s best for the dog to stay in Miami and keep me company, especially since it’ll take some time for him and Henry to settle down in their new apartment.

Then Asher and Leo step in, both glistening with sweat, hair damp, cheeks flushed.

“Morning, sunshine,” Asher says, making his way to me first. He leans down and kisses me gently, his hand warm and lingering on my belly. “Everybody okay in there?”

“They’re kicking already,” I murmur. “Left side.”

Leo follows, brushing his lips against my cheek before kissing the spot just under my jaw. “Did you eat yet?”

“Ford made sure I didn’t starve.”

They smell like salt and heat and everything I shouldn’t be this attracted to right now. They’ve been amazing—honestly.

Since we learned that I was pregnant, they’ve bent over backward. Ordered maternity pillows, filled the fridge with those overpriced coconut waters I like, scheduled massages, and evensurprised me with baby onesies that say “Future Blades MVP” across the chest.

But there’s one thing theydon’tdo.

They don’t touch me. Not like they used to. No hungry kisses. No long, lingering hands sliding under my shirt. No sex.

When I brought it up to Asher—awkwardly, embarrassingly—he blushed and then showed up two days later with a brand-new vibrator.

“It’s rechargeable,” he said, like that would make it better.

Now I sit on this couch, five months pregnant, loved and adored and cherished… but completely untouched.

I’ve thought about quitting the team, but I’ve come to enjoy my time at the games, and especially watching them play. And it helps keep my mind off the job I’m supposed to return to in Boston.

Plus, I only get paid after the season is done, and the mascot uniform is comfortable, so…

Ford dries his hands and walks over again. “Before I head out, anything you need?”

He bends and kisses me softly, hand brushing my hair back, waiting for my answer.

“I’m okay.”

Asher kisses my temple too, then ruffles Sunny’s ears. “We can’t be late for practice or Coach Ace will hang us by the balls.”

Tonight’s game is against Minnesota, and that makes everyone nervous.

“See you at the arena, babe,” Ford says before the two men leave.

Leo steps forward. “You ready?”

I push up, and the moment I stand, I wince.

“What’s wrong?” he asks.

“Nothing. Just need to go change my panties. Again.”

Leo raises a brow but says nothing. I head down the hallway slowly, muttering under my breath. “I’m always wet lately. Stupid hormones.”
