She did hate that the same man came by daily and had started to push more and more.

She was about done with his nonsense, and was close to going down to that big corporate office and telling that big shot real estate guy to shove his offer up his rich behind.

Letting out the breath that she was holding because of her anger over the situation, she let it go.

She had a lot of work to do today.

She had stayed late last night, and had only had a few hours of sleep, but it was worth it.

The dress she was working on today was for a special little girl named Cassidy and Arielle had been at her birthday party a few weeks ago.

She held a special place in her heart and Arielle didn’t know why she did, but would work diligently on the dress because she had such a connection with that little sweet soul.

The beading was delicate and time consuming, and yet, she knew that Genna was paying her a small fortune, so it was worth it.

The dress would be the most intricate she had ever done and she couldn’t wait to see the finished product.

She had been working on it already for a few days, and last night she had stayed late to finish sewing it together and getting it ready for the beading.

She needed to get as much done today as she could so tomorrow was free for her to go swim for a few hours.

She was booked on the weekend again as the mermaid she went for at parties.

She changed up the tail and things, but this time she would go as Ariel. The Disney Princess.

It was the one she was named after and she loved being that Ariel more than any other mermaid.

She couldn’t wait for this party. Genna wanted to hire her for a large surprise Halloween party.

She had told her brother that they were going out of town and for him to take Cassidy trick or treating while they set up the party.

Arielle would be swimming, and sitting and taking pictures with the guests and the children.

She had never been to a surprise Halloween party before, but couldn’t wait either.

Genna told her that her brother was very close with Cassidy, but that he worked too much and missed a lot of events and holidays.

So she was determined that he wouldn’t miss this one.

Hence the ruse. Arielle loved it. She knew that it would be fun, and she got started on her work for the day.

She turned up the music and drank her Coke, needing the caffeine to wake her up.

She put her magnifying glasses on her head, and pulled up her chair, making the mannequin the dress was on raise a little higher and got started on the beading.

She was just over an hour into it, when the door opened and Kadence hurried inside.

She grinned, “You got a lot done! It looks amazing!”

“Thanks. My back isn’t going to like me when I’m done.”

Kadence laughed, “Do you think your grandma will come help out today? We have a few more orders and the shop is getting low with dresses.”

Arielle looked at her phone, “Let me text her and I am sure she will come help out.”

Arielle sent a text to her Grandma.

Arielle: Hey there Grandma. Do you think you can come help us at the shop for a few hours?
