Keelyn

When they got to their room, Kitty immediately opened her book again and Keelyn sat down next to her and shut her eyes.

She thought about everything that happened with Kieran and she wished that she stayed with him.

She looked over at Kitty, “How was the library?”

Kitty put her book down and sighed, “It was fine. I just read all day. But I feel like it’s going to get old. I want to try to go online and I don’t know. I haven’t thought that far ahead.”

Keelyn smiled, “Good. It won’t be forever.”

Kitty rolled her eyes, “You are right.”

Keelyn got off the bed and turned on the shower, and got in, soaking her sore muscles for a bit and washing off the traces of Kieran from her body.

She hated it. She wanted to rub all over him and have his delicious cologne on her at all times.

Plus, having his cum inside her was her favorite part.

She should have told him she wasn’t on the pill. She needed to look into it.

She wasn’t sure if having a baby right now was the best thing to do.

The hot water ran out and she wrapped a towel around her and one around her hair and then walked out and changed into her pajamas.

She wasn’t tired but shut her eyes anyway.

She dreamed of Kieran. And being back in his arms. Safe, warm, and sated.

She wished she could be in them always. But she had to do this. Test the waters for Kitty.

When she woke the next morning, she got ready for work and put on the nicest clothes she had and when Kitty drove her to the club, she hugged her sister and went inside.

Kieran was in his office, his eyes bloodshot, with big bags under them.

He had on a new suit, but it was wrinkled slightly and his hair was a mess.

She walked over to him, and he looked up, and he gave her a small smile.

“Mo Ghra. Ye came back.”

She laughed, “I work here. Or did you forget?”

He shook his head, “I didn’t forget. It was just a long night.”

She sat down in the chair across from his desk, “What happened?”

He ran his hands through his hair again, and then down his face. “A former employee tried to come onto me last night. Accused me of what ye said that I did with the girls in the club. But I have a video camera in here that I turn on when someone comes into the room. I don’t need that kind of thing to come after me. So while ye were angry about it, ye had every right to be.”

She felt the envy wash over her, and took a deep breath, trying to calm her stomach. “What did she say? Or do?”

He studied her, “Apparently she came into the club the other day and talked to ye. Told ye about me. Warned ye away from me.”

She sucked in a breath and he shook his head, “I had Theo pull the footage and she came out of the locker room after ye went in with Amelia. Amelia stepped out of the room for a minute and must not have noticed Hailey there, but Hailey had the chance to talk to ye. To plant that seed in yer head and make it seem like I was a bad guy. Only after one thing. And I hate that ye had to go through that. That she would dare put that in yer head and doubt me. That ye would believe I would touch another.”

He stood and walked around his desk, and picked her up in his arms, “I’m sorry Keelyn. For that. For her. For the lies ye had fed to ye. I hate that. Ye believe me right? That I wouldn’t touch her?”
