People came from far and wide to their doors after she and the other girls had modelled for their advertisements.
With her sewing skills, she helped to design each of her girls a swimsuit of their dreams.
One that fit them perfectly.
She was nervous when it first came out. Her insecurities roared their heads, but when their shop flooded with women, she knew it was the right choice.
She just finished up work for the day and was headed home, walking the few blocks to her house with a few more projects to tend to, when she heard a voice behind her.
“Hey there, pretty lady. Wanna bring those curves over here and let a real man ride?”
She looked over her shoulder to see a guy that was a few years older than her.
He was clearly drunk and had stumbled out of the bar that was three doors down from the boutique.
She rolled her eyes at him and shook her head, “No thanks. Have a good night.”
“What? I just wanna be friends. Come on pretty girl. I complimented you. That should count for something.”
She shook her head again, “I’m all set in the complement department. Yours did nothing for me. Sorry.”
She went to cross the street when he staggered up behind her, grabbing her by the arm.
She yanked it free, and he tried to grab for her again, when she slapped his hand away.
“No means no. Don’t make me tell you again.”
His demeanor instantly changed and he used his bigger bulk to shove her against a car, making her cry out when she hit the side mirror with her back.
Shooting pains rolled up her spine and she couldn’t do anything about it as he grabbed her hair in his fist, and yanked her head back.
His mouth groped for hers and she bit his lip, making him cry out and stagger back a step, letting go of her hair, thankfully.
When he stepped up to her again, she lifted her knee and nailed him in the groin.
He dropped to his knees and she moved around the car, and out of his reach and backed away from him.
The bouncer from the bar came out, and saw the tail end of the interaction and his eyebrows widened, “Do you need some help? Are you okay?”
She could barely form words, her back ached, but that wasn’t what stopped her speech.
The man in front of her was stunning. He was tall, had massive muscles, had dark, black hair, and light grey eyes.
He had a slight beard as if he hadn’t had the time to shave and his face looked as if it was cut from granite.
His jaw was set in a solid line and his eyes were narrowed on the man on the ground, still rocking back and forth.
“Are you okay?” He asked again and she finally got herself composed enough to answer him.
She nodded, “He just grabbed me and threw me up against that car and tried to kiss me.”
The man let out a growl and walked over to the man still on the ground.
He picked him up in one of his massive fists and punched the guy in the stomach.
“Men like you are the lowest of the low. You don’t deserve to even look in her direction, let alone talk to her. I’m going to look over the surveillance tapes and if I see what she said you did, you are done. I’m calling the cops.”
The man whimpered and the guy dragged him back to the bar and she let out a breath of relief.
